1. Les Miserables 2. Miss Saigon 3. Spring Awakening 4. A Chorus Line 5. Wicked 6. Song and Dance / Tell Me on a Sunday 7. Mamma Mia! 8. Sunset Boulevard 9. Rent 10. Jersey Boys 11. Company 12. West Side Story 13. Dreamgirls 14. Hairspray 15. The Phantom of the Opera
Saw it last night and the first act ended with Soliloquy. Lindsay Mendez deserves a Tony nomination, if not the award itself. Choreography was gorgeous. Second act felt rushed, especially when it came to Billy's redemption, I thought there would be more to it.
Also people were chatting during all of entr'acte and I was like ??? Is this common during previews?
If anyone is selling an extra ticket please let me know!

I saw the US tour with the 3D glasses, which was my very first musical theatre show ever. Before that I just relied on cast recordings. Looking back, the show was a bit of a mess, and reminded me never to expect the cast recording to be the same as the actual show, but I had tons of fun and never will forget the experience. Btw, "U.N.C.O.U.P.L.E.D" is probably my favorite song from the show.

I do not like "Next to Normal", so not original at all. I do not think the three Billys should've won the Tony Best Actor I stopped listening to "In the Heights" after 5 songs. I did not like the "Hairspray" movie, save for Michelle Pfeiffer I loved "Mamma Mia!" the movie only because it looked like Meryl was having a blast. I think "Shrek" is actually good. I love, love Xanadu. I think ALW is one of the best composers in musical theatre history.
Non-Fave: Daphne Rubin-Vega, Terrence Mann (sorry haha)

I totally agree with a Celine Dion musical...I always thought "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" was so Broadway, specially those opening chords.
How about a Barbra Streis--oh no wait...nevermind.
STEVIE WONDER! or MARIAH CAREY!
Is there a Barry Manilow jukebox musical?

I know they performed "Electricity" at the beginning, but if you really wanted to showcase your musical and your jointly nominated actors, it should've been this one!
I thought it was going to be a play with real opera music...which is not quite...
The Who's Tommy
Not quite familiar with The Who when i was young, I always thought they were missing a question mark at the end of the title.
and not directly related but I used to always interchange Proof with Doubt and vice versa, even thinking they were the same show at one point.

looked really good, although it was mentioned "Coming Fall 2008", which I thought they should've changed. Did anyone else see it? By the way, I've watched the movie like 4 times already.
And I believe I've turn my 5 year old sister into a broadway musical fanatic.

The beginning of The Little Mermaid's "Poor Unfortunate Souls" sounds like the beginning of Les Miserables' "Master of the House"

In the spirit of the very talented Meryl Streep's double nomination (Best Actress-Drama for Doubt and Best Actress-Musical or Comedy for Mamma Mia!) here is a link for more clips from the 2008 movie adaptation of "DOUBT":

Veteran actress Meryl Streep is keen to bring movie musical Mamma Mia! back to the big screen for a second time - but only if movie bosses can "get those fabulous boys back".
Streep starred in the Abba-inspired summer hit alongside Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skarsgard - who all threw themselves into th
