Please don't tell me that I'm only going to enjoy a showbecause of the amount of money I've spent on tickets, or because the set is the only thing the show has going

^^^ I didn’t say it was a bad show or that I was miserable. I’m saying that the overuse of song snippets impacted imo the weight and connection to the story. Therefore, I was aggravated bc if you’re only gonna use 1-2 lines and then the audience reacts to everything then you lose momentum. I’m a very happy person lol.

Some posters make it sound like they truly hate theatre when they see something and they must tear it down, rather than sharing their opinion on it. Its just a flare for the dramatics mostly that is ridiculous. Hate a show all you want but it wasn't an "aggravating" experience fo

I found it to be aggravating. The sets and costumes were awesome but they were doing TOO much with the songs. It was frustrating when they used 1-3 lines from random songs bc the audience reacts to every one and I couldn’t fully get into the story bc every 30-60 seconds, it’s disrupted by a unnecessary lyric.. I’d rather have seen Hadestown again.
Im coming last minute with my friend this weekend so I can see a couple shows while hes doing something else. I dont want to go sit in the hotel so if anyone wants to go eat empanadas or whatever, msg me.

Ramos has been the most successful OBC member (outside of Lin). I'm sure no one expected that. Yay for him.

Yeah, I don't care for the fact that performers can win an Emmyfor a performance in a daytime program of a song that they sing eight times a week on Broadway. In my opinion, that cheapens the award.
That's a criticism of the category, though, not a dig at Cynthia or any other actor that has earned an Emmy that way. I mean

for the record, I have no problem with the casting. I'm just throwing out names.

All 3 of the letters are from one Broadway role that allowed for some (legal) gaming. She's not known to the general public. It's comical that you think otherwise.

She has no chance. The unions aren't going for her. Upstate isn't interested in her social justice platform since it means higher property taxes and more squeezing of the middle class. A 200k house in WNY pays 7-9k in taxes. How much more can you ask from these people?

Idk why the jury was so bitter towards Ross. If you think about it, except for Shannon, he didn't screw over either one of his final four alliances. Things lined up perfectly for him that he only had to evict Brandi bc she was against Marissa, which is understandable.

The Prince staging had the Perons in their pajamas during this number, while any of the stagings that tried to be “realistic” did not. So, if just depended on if the production was replicating Hal’s staging or not."
Thank you.
