I've most frequently seen Wednesday mat and Sundays, but not 100% sure.

Definitely Sundays and I'm pretty sure Wednesday mats. Donald was on for yesterday.

Definitely Sunday and maybe Wednesday mat (he was out for mat yesterday, but on for the evening, but it also seems like he may have been at an event or something). From this post, it seems like Donald and Jevon will alternate on Sundays.
I mean I'm kinda biased since I adored Matilda and had never seen the film or read the book, and I haven't experienced Charlie much at all in any form, but at least one thing Matilda had going for it, compared to the version of Charlie we're getting on Broadway, is that it has a set.
From following the cast on social media it seems like nothing more than a combination of vacation and illness. I mean I guess people could be silently leaving, but it doesn't seem like it.

Julia Udine was a year above me in high school. There's quite a few broadway actors nearby, but she's about the one I can think of who actually went to my school.
