Toronto Tour of "Hello. Dolly" cancelled Dec 19

I’m so upset about this. I was really looking forward to seeing the show and I also bought additional tickets as holiday gifts. I’ve gotten used to Mirvish replacing shows in the subscription but never so close to the opening date that I can recall. I’ve been a subscriber for close to 20 years. Argh.

Seeing this in Toronto in a couple of weeks. Can’t wait!!
Historically, is anyone aware of any shows in the past adding a Sunday evening show around a holiday, say for instance Halloween?
My mom is planning a surprise 65th for my dad that weekend and was hoping to book a Sunday evening show. Ive checked the schedules and was hoping Beetlejuice would have added a show.but nothing scheduled.
My mom was looking to buy tickets to Frozen for the fall as a gift. I was surprised to see tickets are only on sale until August 2019. Has there been any whispers of closing?

Im from out of town, and want to get started finding something else...this was a last resort, as ive pretty much seen everything else throughout this year, and Glengarry isnt playing that night....The Heiress it is!

Well....This past weekend I was in NYC for my anual birthday trip....One of the shows I saw was Anything Goes. During the curtain call, the whole audience was up on their feet applauding. Having enjoyed the show, I stood up as well, and suddenly, there was a slap on my back so hard, Im bruised. I turned around to find a woman in her seventies yelling at me to "sit the hell down". I turned around and told her to keep her "f***ing hands off of me", and told her it was called a standing ovation

I also grabbed the $67 Mezz tickets for my trip in May...despite wanting to be in the Orchestra for Evita, I had already bought Newsies (at $133), JCS (thank goodness there was a discount code) and Im holding out for a code to Leap of Faith...
Has anyone had luck with refunds due to emergencies? Feb 5

Thanks for the suggestions....Im hoping to make it there, but its looking unlikely....I do have another trip planned in May, but I have already bought all of my tickets (I usually come in twice a year, for my birthday, and I bring my mother for hers)....I hope I get someone understanding on the phone....
I was just wondering if anyone has had luck with Telecharge, Ticketmaster with refunding tickets in the event of an emergency. Im supposed to be flying into New York City for my birthday Feb 23-27, but unfortunately my grandmother has fallen gravely ill, and no telling if I can make the trip. I have tickets to The Book of Mormon, Porgy and Bess, Anything Goes, and Godspell. Do I have any shot of a refund or will it be a total loss? Im in Toronto, so its not like I can head t

I was there in October for the first time, and saw Ghost and Wizard of Oz (which I booked thru Sees tickets, cheaper than ticketmaster) and I caught Priscilla at the TKTS booth...I loved London so much Im going back in April, and bought tickets to Singing in the Rain and Mathilda, Im sure ill pick up one more set of tickets at the TKTS booth again!

I telephoned the Disney on Broadway phone number listed in the email...they couldnt assist, so thet transferred me to ticketmaster, whom at first claimed they could not help me. I insisted that it it supposed to be note for a voucher, to be picked up at the box office with the tickets, and I think he finally added it to my order after my insistance. Make sure you have the original email to refer to!
