Having attended the BCEFA flea market for the past few years I have been lucky to have found some amazing items. Unfortunately some items have eluded me over the years such as certain opening-night items that I have yet to see. I was wondering if this site and this post would be useful for those who are willing to sell and or trade items that they have searched for over the years. In some cases one might have multiple copies of the same item that they might be interested in trading.
Can someone please explain what was the controversy with the casting of the great comet show and if it was responsible for its closing. Who is to blame? Did it win many awards at the Tonys?

I have a question regarding opening night playbills. Having never attend an opening night I do collect these playbills and have noticed some variations among them. Firstly some of them have no round sticker on the cover and just say opening night on the inside. Recently having been at the flea market I noticed some that have the silver round sticker on the upper right corner and some that have it on the bottom right corner. I believe I picked up the same Angels in America Tony voter book. Was yours an oversized book with an opaque cover as the first and last page and inside filled with gorgeous pictures with captions from reviews from the press. I also picked up mine for three dollars most likely at the same table as you. Hi there I live in Montreal I just came back from a trip from the fleamarket New York City. Please let me know which playbills are looking for since I have a huge collection and just got some recent ones having seen some shows. I am also looking for a playbill binder and they were nowhere to be found in Manhattan. Even the playbill store had a table at the flea market and they did not have any!

Just returned from the BCEFA flea market and would like some information on a gorgeous box which seems to be a promotional item for the great comet Broadway show. The box has an illustration with the words dare to dream on it and inside beautiful pamphlets describing the show as well as the hard cover book. What is the most interesting is that there is a sealed letter inside which I do not wish to open. I was wondering what is inside this letter if anybody has a similar copy. As well the book

I was just at the BCEFA flea market Sunday and discovered a rare find for 3 dollars ! A wicked opening night play bill in mint condition signed by many of the cast including Idina and Kristen. I would love to know what the other signatures are. I’m sure the table selling it did not realize what a treasure they had! Can someone please tell me how to post a photo of my playbill on this site to have some wicked experts tell me which autographs I have. Thank you!
Just returned back to Montreal after having spent a few days in New York City including the full Sunday at the flea market! This is my third time at the flea market and each time it just gets better and better. The weather was great for shopping and the pickings were the best I’ve ever seen. Just planned my trip to New York City for the end of September to attend the BCEFA flea market once again. Had some great experiences over the past few years acquiring items from shows that I thoroughly enjoyed while vacationing in NYC.
