Stubhub procedure Jul 11

So my experience with StubHub is as follows. I was trying to see mean girls on a recent trip to New York and always preferring center orchestra seats I did not see the price ticket fall below $400 for the first few days of my vacation. On the last day 3 hours before showtime I noticed two excellent seats eighth row center at $160 each plus a service charge of $34 each per ticket. I grab them right away enjoyed the show immensely When I printed the tickets I noticed the Face value of each

Will be arriving in New York City this coming Thursday for a few days and would really love to see the Springsteen on Broadway show. Seems complicated on how to get tickets for people that are not part of the verified fan club. I see tickets on stub hub anywhere from $600-$1500. I’d like to know if anybody had any luck getting same day tickets at the box office either early in the morning or in a cancellation line. I was also wondering what the face value is of the tickets in the orchestra a

Hi Just saw the show last Friday evening and sat in the 200 section row E directly in the middle. Amazing view of the entire stage and the tree. As I heard that there were no discounts for the show I decided to show up to the theater to try my luck. The very nice woman at the box office was able to offer us 2 tickets together for the TKTS price of 109 instead of 169 ( no code even needed )!I usually am lucky to get a discount for hot shows the same day when I go directly to the theater
Bring a splash guard my friend (CT2NYC) because i'm sure a lot of saliva tears and mucus will be coming your way!! Just think your shirt will be full of Ben Platt's DNA by the end of the evening. You may want to auction it off at the end of the show! Someone may want to clone him ! Lol
DEH November 19 The Day Has Come! Nov 19

For those of you going today and happen to pass by the merch table please let me know what autographed items they have for sale ( for bcefa fundraising)and their prices. Please let me know if they have started to sell the new hardcover book and the new vinyl with the unreleased song on it at the theater. As well if anyone can please tell me if they are still selling the white beach blanket with the show name and step into the sun lettering on it and at what cost. Thank you!
That is so true! I can remember that when the show starts the lights come on and Ben is sitting in his bed alone. The audience applauds and cheers first of all realizing that he is in the show with no understudy and as well they are anticipating his epic performance. That applause will probably last a few minutes today! I'm sure that after many of his solo performances this will occur which will probably make the show last over three hours today!! Lol
I felt that today should have a thread of its own for those people who are going to see the show today for their thoughts up until showtime as well as details on today's emotional and likely unforgettable performance by the one and only Ben Platt! ( the loveable alien!!) as well as the rest of the wonderful cast! For those going today who may have seen the show before it will be fascinating to know if there are any subtle differences or if there may be any additional dialogue such as
Can anybody tell me if they plan on filming dear Evan Hansen for preservation and hopefully eventual release with the outstanding original cast before they start leaving as they did with Hamilton. Is there usually a professional version shot for the actors fund or for a library in NYC early on in the run?
As we all know the uber talented Ben Platt is leaving November 19. Any word on if the rest of the cast is leaving this year as well?
Having seen the show last month I was wondering if both the Hansen family and The Murphy family are Jewish. The reason why I ask is because Jared Kleinman is a family friend who is clearly Jewish and at one point in the show Connor's mother hands a tie that once belong to Connor to Evan saying he never had a chance to go to many bar mitzvahs. Anyone think the same?
I also wonder what the significance was of the entire cast walking around with an o
Check their website can you please tell me what size bag and backing to order. I believe play bills are 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" but I don't see a bag or backing of that size. Please advise... thx
Having amassed many playbills some collectible and some autographed over the years I wish to preserve as many as possible. When recently at the flea market in New York City I noticed many of the vendors playbills for sale were encased in a plastic protector which folded over and sealed.(no cardboard backing unfortunately ) I am looking to purchase some of these but have no clue where to find them online or in stores. I found some Avery sheet protectors 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 which
Forgot to say that the seat next to me front mezzanine A2 has a bar right in front of it therefore partially obstructing the view for the person next to me. They should remove this bar as it is annoying and the person had to lean forward the whole show to see the stage entirely. This of course affected the person behind her who also had to lean forward due to the person in front leaning forward....
Just saw hello Dolly from front row mezzanine seat A4... The most amazing view!
checked out the back of the mezzanine and it was so obstructed it was not funny you would miss all the action taking place on the upper levels which would be very disappointing. Even the back of the Orchestra seems to cut off a lot of the upper level action. Therefore front mezzanine or front balcony is the way to go!
By the way I'm curious to know if anybody knows what Bette&nb
I happened to go to the Hello Dolly table more than once and bought two copies one for myself and one for a friend of mine. They were close to pristine condition and I paid $20 each for them. They kept replenishing stock as the day went on all in very fine condition. Had I known you wanted one I would've easily picked up an extra one for you as they are really gorgeous with high-quality pictures.
if I know of someone who picked up an extra copy I will gladl
Thank you so much for that link. Yes it does look similar to those bags. I know now a little bit more about the history of this purse as someone close to one of the producers said that very few were made for several women closely associated with the show prior to the Tonys to thank them for all their hard work in producing such a successful show. She was surprised to hear that one was at the flea market as she cherishes her so much. I will be doing the same! If you have any informat
Just got back from a wonderful trip to New York City! I fulfilled all my goals and then some! My first mission was to get dear Evan Hansen tickets and scored some great orchestra seats last Thursday! Thank God Ben was in the show!! That man is a talentbeyond belief! we lucked out on day number two with hello Dolly tickets. Knowing the tickets were in excess of $400 from looking at Telecharge we walked up to the box office and were stand that we were offered first
