I'd imagine that the producers are going to try hard to keep it open until the Tony's, though I don't know how realistic that is at this point.
If it gets unanimous raves, I'd imagine it will help the the show at the box office, but even so, I can't imagine it would all of a sudden become a huge, sellout hit. The show's subject matter, lack of stars and especially it's length make it a hard sell, regardless of how great it is. I did very much enjoy it though, so I'm hoping for the best.
"Yeah.... yeah I looked this one up. "Say You Remember It" from aDavid Foster and Friends 2011 concert. Can we also talk about how this was SO long ago, he introduces Megan Hilty as and "up and comer.""
Oh wow, never saw that before. It's a very pretty song and Megan sounds fantastic! Does anyone know if they've ever done a workshop or even reading of the show?

And Katharine sounds so good, especially considering this is a live performance! From her insta she sang it at a PBS special so I’m guessing it’s from that?
Yeah, it's from his upcoming PBS special. And it's absolutely cheesy, but I mean... It IS B

Ah, that's a good point that I didn't even realize. I guess because the ending had that dramatic, "show stopping" kind of sound, I just assumed.
Performed live by Katharine McPhee. Definitely sounds like a big, 11 'o'clock number type song. I can see this being the Act 1 finale. Not sure how a Betty Boop musical would actually be as a full show, but I suppose it could be interesting. Katharine sounds great.
Although those numbers for "The Inheritance" aren't great, I can't imagine the show costs much to run. The set consists almost entirely of just a white platform. Does anyone have any idea of the running costs?

There was a magnet, some T-Shirts, a sweatshirt, a tote bag and a journal. There may have been some other stuf, but that's all I can remember from just my quick glance.
Musician and vocal coach Justin Brown, 26 — who has worked as a rehearsal pianist for “Dear Evan Hansen” and “King Kong” — was arrested Thursday for trying to have sexual intercourse with a 14 year old boy.
Just finished reading this play and was pretty blown away by it. Definitely one of "darkest" pieces of theatre I've read in a very long time, maybe ever. I tried to look up some more info about it's production but couldn't really find much, other than it was directed by Philip Seymour Hoffman and starred Jeffrey Donovan and Anna Paquin in her stage debut (from what I've heard, she was very good) as Lisa. Does anyone here have any memories of
