What am I missing here? Why is that petty?"
Out of the main cast of "Hadestown" (Orpheus, Eurydice, Persephone, Hades, Hermes), Reeve Carney was the only one not to be nominated for a Tony Award. "Wait For Me"

The kids are in fact missing. At the beginning of the show, Charlie's father walks onstage and is joined by adult Charlie who kicks a soccer ball onstage and runs after it. He instead sings to adult Charlie who speaks what would be Young Charlie's dialogue. Young Lola's part is just cut entirely.
I thought it was incredible! The cast was really phenomenal and the quality of the production was excellent. It was my first time seeing the show and it certainly didn't disappoint. It was a really fun night at the theatre and I would recommend it. I hope you enjoy the show when you see it.
I think the Weisslers will definitely want to get Kong into one of their shows. Perhaps as the next Roxie in Chicago? Would also like to see King Kong take on the role of Eliza DooLittle after Laura. Or is he too big to replace?
That curtain call video made me really happy! Thanks, n2nbaby!
I hope to catch the production in Tempe, but I am not sure yet. I'll be doing everything in my power to get there! I love "Hello, Dolly!" so much and have been so sad since it closed so just knowing that this production is playing somewhere brings me so much joy.
I was looking through old Tony nominations and I noticed that LaChanze was in the Featured Actress category when she was Ti Moune in Once On This Island, so would this put Hailey Kilgore in the Featured Actress category?
