I so wanted to love The Band’s Visit but I was underwhelmed. I like a little more music in my musicals. I wish I hadn’t heard so much buzz prior to seeing it.
I had no expectations for Spongebob and wound up having an enjoyable time.
I’d probably still vote for TBV just because I’d have a hard time giving it to the Sponge but I won’t be completely shocked if there’s an upset.
My two cents ...
It’s such a shame after

Are they selling SRO for both shows in the morning now? Or are they still doing evening shows at 3? Thanks!

I got rush at 4 last Saturday. They were marked obstructed but the box office said we should be fine. It was rough though, we were in the last row of the balcony and we missed a lot. I went on a whim, I’m sure you could do very well rushing at a somewhat normal hour.
I have seen the shows you're already planning on seeing, you're in for a treat! It's an amazing season. I fully endorse Indecent but I don't think you can go wrong (I haven't seen Sweat or Miss Saigon ... yet!).
I would do the front balcony. You want to be able to read the subtitles projected, I would think the balcony would be much better than side front. I sat in the mezz and loved my view. I hope you like it as much as I did.
Just sat in row V, I forget our seat numbers. As said, the stage is fine but the upper portion of the set is cut off and the cast is up there a fair amount. You're still there and it's obviously worth it but know that going in so you aren't disappointed.

That's funny, my $30 rush ticket was there too. HMMMM.

what you are saying is that the producers should have expended money in the six figure range even though the weekly grosses and advances even with the known quantity of Audra still in the show suggested that the show was precipitously running out of steam. As always, it is very easy to spend OPM. Why don't you cut the prodution a check for $250k? I'm sure th
I didn't pipe up on the other thread ... Let me start by saying I love Audra. But I would have been equally excited to see Rhiannon. I had no idea she was stepping in until the closing was announced, what a shame. I know she's a new name for a lot of people, but she does have a following and that should have been taken advantage of before jumping to closing. My two cents. I hope the cast all lands on their feet.

Just to clarify: With standard HipTix, your guest can be of any age, there is no restriction for your +1. You don't need to upgrade to
In response to being able to get tickets as long as you try within the first 30 minutes: I had the ticketmaster site locked and loaded last time and was shut out. Tickets were available for resale by 10:06. Very frustrating.
I won the lotto during the first week of previews. We wound up on the right side of the mezzanine, very nice seats. Don't waste time once you win, the choose your own seat feature is so nice, jump on and get your seats.
