I'd love to tell you how they left the stage, but we were too busy running out of the theatre. We were sitting house right, all the way on the side and all of a sudden there was loud talking outside and it sounded like people were banging on the doors trying to get into the theatre. Then someone ran down the aisle yelling "shoot
I don't really understand why you want to plant your flag in the ground over this particular issue, especially when, in the grand scheme of things, it's not that important.

I don't use the mobile app (didn't know there was one). But my android phone's webpage has had this issue since ... probably a year now. I often have to literally highlight the text to be able to read it.
Everything is fine on my laptop, but on my phone, the message type is very light. It's been that way for as long as I can remember and hasn't gotten worse. It also hasn't gotten better.
I'm partial to Spoonfed on 51st Street. It's owned by a former wardrobe person and was helped along in the construction phase by stagehands helping out a friend. And the food is fantastic.

This is the correct answer. It doesn't have anything to do with Beetlejuice and its NY opening. It has everything to do with the next show coming into the National.

I hate comparing the two because of the massively different tone, but it feels alot like Spongebob from last season. Amazing tech, a few endearing moments, and you leave feeling okay about the exp
I got an email from the theatre the other day linking this article about a possible transfer to Broadway or "another venue". To their credit they did say it may not work on the bigger stage (literal and figurative).
I was sitting in row F, last seat house right. It was fine (and $75). I did see that the front rows on the sides sorta slope down so it might be difficult to see over the edge of the stage. I didn't really take notice of how the front row center was in relation to the stage height, though - sorry.
I thoroughly enjoyed the show, even though Fiddler isn't really one of my favorites. The cast was great. I teared up in all the right places.

I am not familiar with him and it would seem that this show would rise and fall on how good the actor playing Dave is. Also, does it stick fairly close to the film or does it depart substantially? What do they keep and what do they discard? My curiosity is piqued about this show, but not sure whether it is piqued enough to spend the money and trek to this theater."

They held for about 30 minutes with several of the cast coming onstage to talk with / entertain the audience. Finally Tina Landau came to apologize to the audience and said all would be offered tickets to a future performance.
The 2/3 of the show we saw we absolutely enjoyed. Drew Gehling was made to play this role.
There are screens on stage that are tracked in 2 circles, inner and outer. The cast moves them around to change scenes and there are projections on them to indicate where we are at the moment. There's also an elevator that brings scenery up from under the stage. And some clever staging where Drew Gehling has to change from being Dave to being Bill Mitchell - quickly. I'm interested to see the show, if it transfers, on a bigger stage than this one. It work
Saw this tonight. I found it totally charming. The cast is pitch perfect. They do miraculous things on a tiny stage. The only quibble for me was the score was just kinda...there. Not bad, but not terribly memorable.
I'd definitely see it again at some point if discount tickets are available, if only to see if anything is changed.
