We're all for encouraging discussion about shows! Unfortunately, some members of the board bring up certain repeat items over and over which we are forced to delete but which often dominate threads.
It would be great to get a Frozen thread going again to talk about the show - if someone wanted to start one, as long as it stays within our rules we'll keep it up. We'll do our best to make sure it stays on track.
We've decided this is a good place to end things for tonight. We're going to lock this thread - while we appreciate the discussion and your love of the boards and theater, we ask that we all call it a night on the subject.
We can look at re-opening this discussion in the AM.
1) Not the weekend moderator, I'm here every day Monday to Friday during office hours along with Matt and Rob.
2) We've decided this conversation has run its course. Every thread within a few posts becomes full of personal attacks. If you'd like to start a new Frozen thread for who's in/out, that's fine - but we've decided collectively that the mental health discussion is not one that can be thoughtfully engaged in here, anonymously - that would be any more prod
Hello! Chiming in to state that my tweets are only my opinion and not the opinion of this site. While I could have been more eloquent (and this was tweeted before pretty much all the reviews were out), my point was mainly that if all critical voices are homogenous we might not get the perspectives of the target audiences for a lot of shows as critical voices. I later tweeted something to that effect. I do stand by my comments and won't be deleting them.
Jumping in to politely request we just go back to discussing the show vs. getting into arguments with each other here as we'd really hate to have to lock or remove this thread considering it's got lots of good info!
I hope we can get this thread back on topic. Thanks!

If you can, when you have a second, go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ and DM me that link along with which specific issues you had on the board with ads? If you can click through an ad causing issues and send me the link it takes you to that would be super helpful.
We work hard to make our site experience as user friendly as possible.
The Facebook hijack you're talking about isn't something we're serving on our end - that sounds like either a rogue plugin or bit of software on your devices. I'd recommend disabling any browser plugins and maybe removing and re-installing your browser if that's an ongoing issue.
I'll definitely look into everything you guys have shared
We as a team have decided to lock this thread because we think the conversation has run its course. As has been mentioned by other users - engaging with people you disagree with who have differing views from your own is one way people can learn and change.
That's why we left this thread up to begin with. We were hoping to allow our users to have this discussion - which is one that is happening prominently in our industry and others.
We've lately been having a bit of a discussion on the board on what can and cannot be said. Our users want more transparency on our end on why things are deleted.
While the opinions posted here absolutely do not necessarily reflect my views or the views of the site and our team - we have to respect the fact that our users are entitled to them.
If we were to censor all opinions we don't agree with as a site, that would be a slippery slo
There were a number of against the rules comments in that thread.
We're going to lock this thread because I think we can all agree that this is not the forum to discuss the behavior of a child to this extent, which is different then say discussing the social media posts of a person on the spotlight.
I don't think there's anything else going on here.
Just a reminder we can't take copyright images from other sites and post them here. Any photos you see on BWW are fine, but nothing from other websites please and thanks!
Hi all - the SUMMER thread was removed entirely in error. Unforunately there's no way to restore a thread so posting a transcript of all the messages here. So sorry about that.

Hi all
Again, the thread was totally against our rules and if you didn't see the sections that were it's because we spent the better part of the day removing comments that violate our terms.
Going to lock this thread now. Individual complaints and concerns are welcome via email to alan [at] broadwayworld [dot] com.
If you have an ad blocker enabled that could be it. Ad blockers work by removing certain codes and scripts from the page which can end up causing weird things to happen to affecting code unrelated to ads.
I'm afraid we can't support or troubleshoot w/ the ad blocker enabled.
Can you go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ and send me back the URL it gives you either here or via email or DM? (alan at broadwayworld dot com) and I can look into this further.
LizzieCurry - I think that's on mobile yes? If so, nothing should have changed there. Lots of users reported issues with the HTML editor so HTML view on mobile is disabled.
That is the reason URLs pasted via mobile don't become clickable, etc.
