Agreed. I have always found the boards to be the best source. And if you can't find recent information, you can ask! (within reason of course - research before questions is always preferable!)
I have 2 tickets to Shuffle Along that I can't use today, 4/13 @8. Mezzanine row F seats 6 & 8. Face value - $69. Would need to meet me in person. PM if interested. Thanks!
Javier Munoz had understudied for King George at the Public (he had posted a picture of himself with the crown on during a rehearsal.) Perhaps he is covering on Broadway as well.
I attended The Visit last night and noticed the show specific targeted ad for Hand to God.
"REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD... OR WARM... OR HOT... LIKE CHITA."
On the train, another theatergoer was thumbing through their playbill for Fish in the Dark and I spotted that ad, which I believe was: "SEE YOU IN HELL, LARRY"
I know there was a different one for The King and I, which I saw last Thurs

Visceral_Fella, I noticed Kevin Kern as well! Fun touch! I know swing Jessica Vosk was in that number as well, but I'm not sure about the male swing. I was glad to see the entire company on stage at the curtain call, including the stand-bys and swings! Elena Shaddow received a nice applause at her bow, which I was happy to hear. I saw one of her performances in April and thought she was divine. I would travel great distances if she is Francesca on tour.

Polka Dot2, I had been curious about what other people were getting, so I asked a number of people. Thanks for helping me connect the dots. Also, I made sure to vote for you and had my partner do the same! Fingers crossed!
Enjoy the show! I'm so excited! Yet sad that it ends so soon. I have my ticket to closing already, which is nice to know.

That was me - first in line this morning! I played it super safe and got there WAY early - 5:25am. The next person didn't arrive until about 6:30. Yes, I received orchestra C far side. When I approached the window I asked where the seats were located and the box office woman indicated that they were obstructed view. I asked politely if they would be selling the first row as rush as they had done so in the past. She said that with the closing date set that it seemed unlikely. From my obser

It's a nice looking lineup! I would totally be there if it wasn't on a weekday. I wish I could skip out on work, but my supervisor's gone all next week and I know I'll be bogged down. Boo! I hope you enjoy! Report back on what was sung and your highlights.

Anyone rush recently? How has it been since the Tony nominations?

Polka Dot2, thanks for the update. Did you buy rush tickets for tonight (Thursday's) show? If so, where did you end up sitting and what time did you get there?

For those who have rushed, does it seem like they are holding the first row for rush? If so, do they sell the first row first and then elsewhere in the theater? I have my ticket for closing (first row mezz which they are now trying to sell as premium), but I'm hoping to rush sometime next week too. Just trying to figure out what to expect! I'm willing to sit anywhere, but of course, I would love first row!
