The trailer exceeded every high expectation I had for it. It looks as if they improved the stage version in the best possible way. I cannot wait to see this the second it opens, and then see it multiple times after that.

I totally understand that people pay good money to see specific productions and performances. An award winning performance is a treat to see and is a Very desirable ticket for sure. I have been disappointed in the past to find a performer out and I always have to remember that these are still humans performing. They are subject to the same things ( illness, family situations, etc) as we are. I work a more common job and I can go in with a cold. With a injured leg. With laryngitis. Broadway

I agree. I was expecting a total nightmare this morning and it was a smooth process. True. These are not bargain prices, I knew it was going to be a splurge to see this. I’m sure it will be worth every penny.

I don’t always love everything he does, but at least he is creating some very progressive content. I think he has a strong point of view and he uses it to make content he wants.

I would think by now they would have announced the casting for Camilla Rosario in the In The Heights movie, since they are well into production. Is it possible they have written the character out?

When i think of the history of musical theater and the vast contributions given to this art form by choreographers, I was a disappointed to see the choreography award presented as a snippet after a commercial break.  Wow!  Brilliant choreographers ( Bob Fosse, Jerome Robbins, Michael Bennett, etc... ) are legends and have contributed so much.  I found it insulting to see this award not embraced, but given 2nd class treatment.

This is such a smart and focused production of this piece. I absolutely think it is brilliant. I was genuinely looking forward to the dream ballet being on par with the excellence of the rest , but The dream ballet was a missed opportunity. She is a wonderful and soulful dancer. It just existed without any purpose for me. I think I will definitely see it again after it officially opens and watch the ballet with an open mind. No doubt. This production deserves all the praise it is getting. I can’
