Ultimately I get why it didn’t last. It didn’t make MY generation that grew up with Spongebob love it and feel nostalgic and that was a big flaw.
The people who enjoyed it are all people who didn’t really care for Spongebob so they can appreciate it on its own merit. Which, great but I think when they turn off both Spongebob fans AND people who would never go to Spongebob on broadway you’ve got a flop.

They are enticed by $40 tix and the comedy but not sure if I want to take the risk of dragging them out of our way to Theater District selling idea of cheap tickets if there's a wait or in high demand/out of rush."

I also can VERY much see them doing away with the "alternates" costumes on Broadway and everyone getting their own set of costumes for all the roles they cover. As much as I LOVE the concept of each girl getting their own personal look, it does in many ways highlight the fact that "HEY! HEY! THERE IS AN UNDERSTUDY ON! LOOK! LOOK AT THE UNDERSTUDY!" when the

Somewhat similar to Come From Away, small cast show but the standbys cover 4/5 "tracks". Come From Away has had up to 9 standbys hired, usually the extra standbys are during a heightened vacation time with the cast."
They've announced three so far (the three that are currently with the show - there were only two, but Courtney Mack was b
Jagged Little Pill Lottery Nov 28

I won the lottery for last night. Bought the tickets minutes after being notified that we won. We were Orch row E, the furthest seats to the left. Definite partial view, but since most of the is at the front of the stage I didn’t feel like I missed too much. I would like to see it again straight on, mostly to get the full affect of the choreography:

It's only 8 dollars more and saves you a morning trip"

When I saw MR in October, this was NOT true. The actors came out on stage maybe 15 minutes before the show started (not when the house was opened). You were allowed to take pictures before the actors came out but not after. The ushers kept telling people to stop taking pictures.

Unless this has changed, you should be able to use the same code for future performances! Just only around the time they send out the looser lottery email (2pm) - I was able to use it
Use the loser lottery code to check right before the lottery email goes out (so around 2pm, maybe 5-10 minutes before if it's open). The code stays the same day-to-day. I snagged a single table seat by doing that a few months ago. It was a far table though, near the part of the set that does not have seating, so fewer interactions than the "main" table seats. But still a great deal!

It seems like the front two rows aren't available for purchase so I'm PRAYING that this is for rush. Or lottery, but I prefer rush. Has anyone seen these available? I don't want to be proven wrong but I haven't looked that hard.

I saw this about two weeks ago and they didn't check tickets. We were on the barrier on the right-side - we got out quite late and this side was very empty so we were in the front, while the left was crowded. But they signed on both sides. No selfies&n
I saw this on Friday, my fourth time trying the in-person lottery. I absolutely loved it, what a special night. My favorite part was sitting in front of whole family who's mom/sister/aunt had a small speaking role. They were SO EXCITED and yelled "That's my mom!" at one point. That really drove home to me what the Public is all about.
I do think that this production works so well because it is made for the Public Theatre with a Public Theatre
I got Balcony row C so not the best seat but I really can't complain when it is FREE. I'm giving it to a friend who hasn't seen it yet though, as I've seen it three times.
