are there any plays/musicals/shows that circle around a supermarket? Maybe the show is set in a supermarket or the leading character is a cashier? Or even just a song or a monologue?
Not having "Let it go" or "Love is an open door" as the trailer's music seems a pretty weird choice... why choose a song no one knows yet instead of THE song EVERYONE knows?
But still... beautiful trailer and "Monster" actually works great as the backgound music!

Did you actually hear Megan Hilty perform "Let me be you star", BN2? That was for from "nailed that performance"... she was struggeling, too!
And it's quite stupid to say that 75% is enough for Idina. That's clearly not what she meant. What she said is that even if you give 100 percent you'll never be perfect and you don't have to be. So judging her by saying she is lazy and doesn't even want to do the job right is just plain wrong!

God, I hate when people complain that some sang a song in a different key... As long as it sounds great, I'm fine with every key you could sing a song in!
It really doesn't matter if a song has a Eb in it and if someone can scream that note...
I've been asked often and recently about my opinions towards this "amazing documentary" that "just came out" on Netflix called "Blackfish". Having worked for SeaWorld for a few years, people are always curious as to what my opinion is.
"Julie, have you seen it? What do you think?"
Yes. I have seen it, multiple times. My opinion of it is this: I completely respect and agree with the underlining message- whales do not

I've seen the show twice here in Hamburg. It's certainly not the best show I've ever seen, but it definitely has its moment!
The "star" of the show is definitely the set. For the final fight the ring glides from the stage into the auditorium while the people in the front rows take their new seats on the stage. It's pretty impressive!
Since I'm I huge fan of Ahrens & Flaherty I was pretty disappointed by the music. There are a few really nice songs (especially the stuff

Even Scott Wittman & Marc Shaiman say, that the woman playing Marylin would probably die at the end of the show... It's in the interview on the Bombshell cast recording.

Losing it? I think this is the best Rafiki performance I've ever seen... judging from that one song!

When I first heard about Stage Entertainment's plans to bring this show to Hamburg I had this biggest doubts this could work... Saw the first preview two weeks ago and I have to admit: it's a pretty great show! The music is definitely the strongest point, but the book, the direction, the actors and especially the sets are amazing!

"Sunset Blvd" will have its Scandinavian premiere in the fall of 09 at the Värmlandsoperan which is doing "Spring Awakening" this summer.
But the Dutch tour and the Scandinavian production are not connected... maybe you just mixed those news. :)

I'm pretty sure the 10 AM thing was a joke, too... LOVED both videos! She was just as funny when she did the backstage video for "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels".
