TDF has service fees, so the price you pay will always be more than the face value of the ticket but you’re usually still getting a substantial discount from what the ticket would be originally. I recently purchased a ticket for The Cher Show on TDF and paid $53 ($49 plus $4 fee). The seat locatio

No disrespect to her, but I wouldn’t consider Angie Schworer a lock by any means. Until seeing this post, it never even occurred to me that she’d be considered.

Hadestown rush Feb 26

All Jujamcyn shows seem to be doing digital lotteries through LuckySeat, where you are notified the day before whether or not you won. That’s what I am expecting for Hadestown (as well as Moulin Rouge this summer)

Harry is signed until April, I wonder if they are eyeing a star to replace him? (Even though they had a seemingly tough time getting one in the first place)"
Harry is actually signed until July, same as Laura. Danny is there until end of April

Surprised no one has posted about this yet. Looks like a pretty fantastic cast for what should be a lovely concert version of the show! Pfeiffer will sing Guenevere beautifully

I know Amber Ardolino from the ensemble of Head Over Heels was added, but I'm not sure who else was. Based onsocial media posts I think the cast will be the same as the lab."
I believe Sean Montgomery didn't participate (since he was doing the White Christmas tour). Hoping he comes back in for the Broadway

Jessica hasn’t been in the show on broadway for even 9 months yet and Katie has been in the show for less than 2 months. They aren’t looking for a next Glinda yet i bet."
Katie Rose has said on Instagram that she’s only there until April...

The Tony eligibility cutoff date is April 25 and this begins previews in May, so it won’t be a part of this season.

And the only reason why The Band’s Visit’s average ticket price is so low is because of the holiday sale that they had which made all mezzanine seats $35 and all orchestra seats

This is by far the most highly anticipated new musical to open on Broadway in at least a year (definitely compared to anything from this current season), Im not surprised that the prices are what they are. I do think $199 for the rear mezzanine is quite steep, but the orchestra seats dont seem that much more than standard Broadway pricing.
