I dont think as many adults were as caught in the frozen bubble, and even ones I know who did love the movie actually have no interest in the show. which kinda surprised me.
It will be interesting to see if the sequel does well. If it does it will probably help give the show a boos

I want some new original musicals that aren’t movie adaptions! Not saying I don’t want them at all but it seems that’s all that comes out anymore"
I don’t blame you. The last original musical I saw was Dear Evan Hansen

I skipped Beauty and the Beast and Lion King. Aladdin and Dumbo were equally wonderful but Cinderella is even better.

I was picturing more of a modern take with music by Lin Manual Miranda, Pasek & Paul or Kitt & Yorkey. But I’m cool with this

Annie and Bye Bye Birdie are both equally wonderful. I’ve only seen their movie versions just not on stage. Except for a MTI Junior version of Annie. And I’ve seen just most of All Dogs Go To Heaven up until Let’s Make Music Together

I’m surprised Iglehart is playing Phil. When I thought of the next Disney comic relief he would be good for, I thought of Tug from Brother Bear. He’s got the whole comic timing, psychic and possible dance demands down.

I knew Lin would be in the movie in this matter. And actually I’m cool with it.

From Fox i knkw i mentioned this several times but they should adapt Pagemaster or Ferngully. I know they are both 90's movies but they deserve a second chance. Greatest Showman too or Love Simon
