I was there last Saturday and one of the ushers said she hadn't been coming out after matinees for weeks.... I'm not sure if he said that to lessen the number of people standing outside, but there was maybe only 6 or 7 of us. I ended up waiting till about 5:00pm before leaving. The show ended around 3:45.
Roundabout Theatre Talks Jun 10

I went to the one last weekend for Violet. I believe it was a Celebrity talk back, but it was really just who ever came out after the show. Initially, a producer (I thing) told everyone about the production such as the background and the history behind the show and how it got to Broadway. Then the audience was given 15minutes to ask questions, and the ensemble members came and sat on the stage.
And I believe the Theatre Talks series occurs before the show and just describes the backg

Favorite theatre memory: not sure if this counts, but when I saw Gavin Creel a couple years ago when "Quiet" came out. I was so Hair crazed that I had to see him and get the best seats. Little did I know I would be sitting next to Laura Benanti and Ceila Keenan-Bolger. I was so happy. I guess this just demonstrates that I love theatre because of the close knit community. Everyone comes out to support each other and cheer each other on. Some even sing at each others weddings!

I went to a performance of "Freud's Last Session" and this girl sitting in the front row clearly was on her phone the whole time. The actors pointed called her out on it at the talk back after the show and everyone applauded them.
At a recent performance of Annie, I sat behind a family with two children. The girl, maybe 8 or 9, was clearly into it the show despite having her eyes glued to her phone the moment she got in her seat. Their mother at least had the decency to take her phone
Flea Market Prices Aug 7

Last year, I scored a H2$ Darren Criss and a H2$Nick Jonas Playbill to complete my collection. They were sold at 4 Playbills for $2. Way better than ebay. But I'm not sure they have autographed playbills from closed shows... While prices tend to be more expensive in the morning, some of the best stuff is found in the morning...so it really depends on you and how much you are willing to spend. I like the mornings (like 10am, when they open) because there are fewer people so I can take my

Actually, I too had a ticket to this show (thank goodness a comp ticket). I asked the ushers if photography was prohibited or not because it clearly says it in the Playbill. They said that at this performance, photography was allowed, as long as people weren't using tablets and iPads to take the pictures. I said it was strange and weird because everyone was so distracting and annoying, and they too agreed and said they felt out of place for not saying anything. I know a bunch of people were u
