I agree. Rannells would've had a much better chance of being nominated if the show had been nominated for the tonys during which it'd be running. That was the point I was trying to make.
I saw the show Saturday and what has particularly stuck with me and has kept reminding me of the play these past few days is Rannell's delivery of the line about getting the phone upstairs to Hank. My friend and I have been constantly discussing how Rannells performance was the best in our opinion and are repeatedly blown away the more we think about it. The other actors were good but Rannells has great. I may not be the biggest fan of him personally but he really was very good in th
I'm looking for a way to get a ticket to OOTI for 40$ or under. Is that possible? If so where do I go? I've heard the in-person lottery has been 50$ recently. Is this still true?
Hello Dolly & The Boys in the Band are both limited shows that are amazing. Waitress is good and Mean Girls is eh but both are likely to be running for a couple of years. Whereas Hello Dolly and The Boys in the Band will close and are both so good!
Any reports from last Saturday? Was thinking about rushing this saturday.

Buy it. I say row B seat 10 and my friend row C seat 11 and both were amazing views. Really shouldn’t even be partial view. I doubt row D will be different.
It's good I would suggest seeing it. It is focused on the experience of being a scholarship kid and the idea of having to play to elite institutions and pretend to be someone else to get it. Worth it!
Evans came out last night but was very quick. He wasn't talking to anyone really and just rushing to sign all the playbills and get to his car. If you're looking for a video or anything more than a signature it will be difficult. The stage door was completely insane, the craziest I've ever seen. People on the street were trying to get to him and security was screaming.

Just stagedoored now. I lined up before the show started so I was at barracide but it seemed like it’d be very difficult to get to the barracaide if I had left from the show.
Everyone came out. Andrew and Matt took pictures. Andrew will not take videos though. I asked him to say hi to a friend in the hospital and he said no.

You may not be against a barricade but you'll be able to say hello! I was in the mezzanine on Thursday and had no problem."
If I’m rear orchestra do you think it’s fesable to run out and make it to the barracaide?

I may be in the minority but I actually enjoyed Lee Pace’s performance in Angels in America more than McArdle’s. I’m mainly annoyed they picked Michael Cera over Pace or McArdle. Michael Cera wasn’t bad but he wasn’t better than McArdle or Pace.
I can't believe that they would snub Lee Pace and James McArdle for Michael Cera?? Both men from Angels in America were 10x better than Michael Cera... Michael Cera didn't even do much, he was just his awkward self. Not as impressive as Pace or McArdle!
