HAMILTON

Shows Per Week: 7-8, 8 beginning November. See the calendar HERE.

COVID Policy: It is essential that employees, production staff, cast, or audience members not enter the theatre if they are unwell. They will make every accommodation possible in order for both employees and audience members to feel empowered to stay home if they are sick.

New York State is continuing to work closely with Broadway to plan for their safe and successful return. As public health conditions and the State's guidance for performing arts and live entertainment change, they will remain flexible and adapt to applicable health protocols. These protocols may include, but are not limited to:

  • Masks. Everyone in the theatre must wear acceptable face coverings or face masks at all times unless the core function of the work or activity being conducted (e.g., cast members on the stage, musicians playing wind instruments) requires otherwise.
  • Cleaning. After each performance, high touch surfaces will be cleaned both backstage and in audience spaces. Once per day, the theatre will be thoroughly cleaned, and hand sanitizer will be stationed throughout the theatre.
  • Air filtration. They are upgrading their systems to comply with CDC guidelines for hospital grade filtration and increasing fresh outdoor air and air exchange to the greatest extent possible.
  • Reducing contact. As permitted by law, they will distribute digital tickets for entry and touchless payment at the box office, merchandise stands, and bars.

Patron Requirements:

As public health conditions and the State's guidance for performing arts and live entertainment change, they will remain flexible and adapt to applicable health protocols. Here are some protocols that may be in place when you visit the theatre:

  • Stay home if you're sick. By entering the theatre, patrons are agreeing that they are not sick and have not had direct contact with anyone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 10 days or exhibits symptoms of COVID-19. It is essential that patrons do not attend the show if they are unwell. They have an exchange and refund policy in place so that patrons may reschedule their tickets if necessary.
  • Hand sanitizer. Upon entering, all patrons will be required to use hand sanitizer (unless medically prohibited) and be encouraged to go directly to their seat unless they need to use the restroom or wish to purchase concession or merchandise items.
  • Masks. Face coverings that cover both nose and mouth must be worn at all times. Masks will be made available for patrons who need them.
  • Contact information. For contact tracing purposes, they encourage all patrons to download the NYS Contact tracing app before entering the theatre so NYS has an easy way to notify you, should there be a need to do so.

Refunds: As a result of COVID-19, Nederlander is implementing an exchange and refund policy for guests of all of its venues in NYC. This policy will provide flexibility in the event a guest may be unable to attend a show due to illness, travel restrictions, or any other circumstances. Their guests may feel confident purchasing tickets in advance knowing this exchange or refund policy is in effect if they cannot attend the date and time originally purchased. For more information click HERE.

As public health conditions and the State's guidance for performing arts and live entertainment changes, the theatre will remain flexible and adapt to applicable health protocols, such as face coverings, health screening, enhanced air filtration and ventilation, and rigorous cleaning and disinfection.

Full safety protocols for the Lyric Theatre are posted on the theatre website and specific patron requirements will be set forth in the "know before you go" email notifications. Failure to comply with any such precautions could result in guests being asked to leave the Venue. They further reserve the right to refuse entry to any person that refuses to comply with their safety protocols.

Refunds: If you are not feeling well, they encourage you to stay home and not attend the Event. They ask that each person attending an Event take the Coronavirus Self-Checker on the CDC Website on the day of the Event before coming to the venue.

For tickets purchased for performances on or before January 17, 2022, under the following circumstances, ATG Tickets will permit you to (i) exchange your tickets for the same Event at a later date; or (ii) if such exchange is not possible or not practical, e.g., the Event is one performance or limited run, refund your ticket purchase:

1. You or someone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19 during the 14-day period preceding the Event;

2. You or someone in your party is not feeling well during the 14-day period preceding the Event and has exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19; or

3. You otherwise feel that you represent a significant transmission risk, e.g., you are caring for someone that has COVID-19 or is not feeling well.

To effect your exchange or refund pursuant to their COVID-19 Refund/Exchange policy, please contact your point of purchase. Exchange policies set forth in clause 7.1 will apply to any exchanges pursuant to this clause 7.8, except that no exchange fee will be charged. Any such exchange request must be made by contacting your point of purchase by phone at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the advertised performance time.

In the event that you were unable to reach one of their customer service representatives, an email describing the reason for your request with a call back number will reserve your ability to make an exchange, provided that the email was sent prior to such twenty-four hour deadline. Safety Procedures in the Theatre

We're upgrading their systems to comply with CDC guidelines for hospital grade filtration and increasing fresh outdoor air and air exchange to the greatest extent possible.
  • Reducing contact. As permitted by law, they will distribute digital tickets for entry and touchless payment at the box office, merchandise stands, and bars.

Patron Requirements:

Refunds: As a result of COVID-19, the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre is implementing an exchange and refund policy for their guests who may be unable to attend a show due to illness, travel restrictions, or any other circumstances. Tickets purchased from authorized sales channels (BroadwayDirect.com, Ticketmaster.com, or the Lunt-Fontanne box office, when it reopens) will be eligible for exchanges and refunds up to 2 hours before the curtain date and time. WICKED

Shows Per Week: 7-7, 8 beginning in October. See calendar HERE.

COVID Policy: WICKED and The Gershwin Theatre will follow New York State, New York City and CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of all actors, production staff, theatre employees, and audience members. As public health conditions and the State's guidance for performing arts and live entertainment changes, the theatre will remain flexible and adapt to applicable health protocols, such as face coverings, health screening, enhanced air filtration and ventilation, and rigorous cleaning and disinfection.

When you request an exchange or a refund, the request will be approved with no questions asked and no additional service fees assessed provided the request meets the terms and conditions outlined herein.
