FactorEEE is a project based program that provides time, space, and mentorship to early career generative theatre artists. This initiative utilizes The Dare Tactic's three E's methodology of new play development. Explore: dedicated rehearsal time and space, Experiment: resources to investigate and try new things, and Exposure: the opportunity to share the work with the public.

Of the program playwright Gage Tarlton notes, "I've chosen to workshop my piece with The Dare Tactic because of their dedication to representing the underrepresented and their commitment to providing a safe space that encourages risk. Without the freedom to fully explore the world of a piece, it is impossible to know the endless possibilities that could arise from it.

The Dare Tactic is a non-profit theatre company dedicated to staging innovative, original works by underrepresented voices. The Dare Tactic focuses on bridging the gap between academic studies and early-career opportunities by providing a platform for emerging artists to create, explore, fail, and experiment in a safe, supportive environment.

Leadership at The Dare Tactic includes Quentin Madia (Executive Director), Vinny Eden Ortega (Artistic Director), Ryan McCormick (Administrative Director), Bleu Zephra (Associate Producer), Caroline Duffin (Co-Technical Director), Merrill Peterson (Co-Technical Director), Lauren Pelaia (Administrative Assistant), Ashley Malafronte (Artistic Associate), Griffin Schmackpfeffer (Director of Photography), McLain Powell (Administrative Assistant), and Katie Cozzi (Graphic Design).
