In this Tony Awards exclusive with CBS, Sean Hayes discusses his double-duty as both host and Best Actor nominee of the upcoming 2010 Tony Awards, as well as his feelings on making his Broadway debut. Hayes has received critical acclaim for his roles in theatre, television and film and quickly grabbed America's heart as the hilarious Jack McFarland on "Will & Grace," a role for which he received an Emmy Award (and six nominations), four Screen Actors Guild Awards, two TV Guide Awards, an American Comedy Award and seven Golden Globe nominations. Hayes's other notable television projects include guest roles on "Scrubs" and "30 Rock" as well as "Martin & Lewis" a television film that earned Hayes a Screen Actors Guild Award nomination. Hayes' film credits include The Bucket List, Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss, Pieces of April, The Cat in the Hat, Win a Date with Tad Hamilton, Igor, Soul Men and Cats and Dogs. In 2003, Hayes and producing partner Todd Milliner formed Hazy Mills Productions. Their projects include "Situation: Comedy," "Eight Days a Week," "What News?" and an up-and-coming "Hot in Cleveland," premiering this June on TV Land.

Hayes can currently be seen on Broadway in Promises, Promises alongside Kristin Chenoweth. For his performance, Hayes has received a Tony Award nomination for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical, as well as nominations from the Drama League and the Outer Critics Circle.
