SEUSSICAL The Musical Now Playing at The Heights Players In Brooklyn

The Heights Players in Brooklyn proudly presents Seussical - the magical, toe-tapping, family-friendly musical based on the works of Dr. Seuss and written by the Tony Award-winning team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty! The production, directed by Hilary Goldman, is the sixth of The Heights Players' 62nd season.

The cast is led by Jessie Carina Lanza (The Cat in the Hat), Emma Grace Berardelli and Gareth Hogan (splitting the role of Jojo), Kevin McAuley (Horton The Elephant), Cait Farrell (Gertrude McFuzz), and Danielle Ferretti (Mayzie LaBird).

Also featured are Julia Dimant (The Sour Kangaroo), Maura Gillespie, Autumn Hitt, and Rachel Ladd (The Bird Girls), Justin Boyd, Ricky La Luz-Riviera, and Brady Walsh (The Wickersham Brothers), Sean Dearing and Julie Crane (Mr. & Mrs. Mayor), and Karen Mascolo Hagan (General Gengus Khan Schmitz).

Playing a wide range of beloved Seussian creatures and characters is the company, which includes Anna Bencivengo, J. Scot Cahoon, Maya Chatterjee, Kaylie DeLauri, Michelle Maccarone, Marissa Maffiolini, Dylan Paris, Georgie Raiola, Alyson Ryan, and Jason Schulof.

Seussical opened on Friday, February 2nd at The John Bourne Theatre in Brooklyn Heights, and will play nine performances through Sunday, February 18th. Showtimes are Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm. The Heights Players and the John Bourne Theatre are located at 26 Willow Place, Brooklyn, NY 11201.
