Northern Sky To Donate Fall Show Tickets To Door County Students Northern Sky Theater will invite all Door County students to a complimentary evening of entertainment as a back-to-school special. Northern Sky will distribute nearly 4,000 free ticket vouchers to every elementary, middle and high school student at all five Door County schools as well as area homeschooling students.

Though Northern Sky has offered a free Door County student ticket to their summer season for more than a decade, this is the first time the company has made this opportunity available in the fall.

"A core piece of our mission is to reach a large audience of all ages. Raising the next generation of theater-goers is something we take very seriously," said Holly Feldman, Director of Development and Public Relations. "Our free student ticket is just one of the many ways that we fulfill our mission as a populist theater. It's our way of removing the financial barrier that some families might experience who want to enjoy live theater."

Muskie Love, with music by Paul Libman and book and lyrics by Dave Hudson, is a comic story of two rival fishing guides, Ben and Bea, and is very loosely based on Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing. Set on the shores of Green Bay, Wisconsin, Muskie Love is also part of the county-wide Celebrate Water initiative.
Northern Sky's fall season is performed indoors at the Door Community Auditorium next to Gibraltar Schools in Fish Creek.

Ticket vouchers will be delivered the second week of September and will be distributed by each school office. Parents are encouraged to check their school office in the event they do not receive their voucher.

Muskie Love runs now through October 20th and plays Tuesday through Friday at 7:30PM and Saturday at 4PM and 8PM plus three Monday 7:30pm performances Sept. 24th, Oct. 1st & 8th.

Students will present their free ticket coupons at the Door Community Auditorium box office to choose their reserved seat. Parents may also call ahead to the Northern Sky Theater office at 920-854-6117 for best seating options. All performances are suitable for all ages. Adult tickets are $30.
