New Chefs Added To The One-Night-Only 7th Anniversary Celebration Of ABSINTHE LAS VEGAS Ross Mollison, Spiegelworld's Impresario Extraordinaire, today announced that Giada De Laurentiis and Gordon Ramsay will join the lineup of acclaimed chefs contributing to ABSINTHE's seventh anniversary celebration, "The Gazillionaire's Gala of Gluttony," taking place at 8 p.m. on Monday, May 7th, at Caesars Palace.

"Never before has one event had contributions from so many of the world's greatest chefs to create what will be the ultimate dinner theatre experience on The Strip," shared Mollison. "This will be a first taste of what Spiegelworld has in store for the future of Las Vegas entertainment. It will be the greatest dinner show in history."

The recently-launched Pronto by Giada and Gordon Ramsay HELL'S KITCHEN will join Restaurant Guy Savoy, Mesa Grill, Rao's, Café Americano, Searsucker and Beijing Noodle No.9 in contributing courses to the VIP dinner benefitting Three Square Food Bank while The Gazillionaire's lineup of world-class talent entertains.

"I've spent all week walking The Strip and meeting with Elvises and showgirls of many different shapes and creeds to select the best talent for Monday night's Gala of Gluttony," said The Gazillionaire, host and producer of ABSINTHE. "Added to that, all these chefs are now clamoring to jump on board the Gaz bandwagon. Great talent. Great tucker. And it will be all washed down with enormous quantities of booze."

"After talking to every prez on The Strip, and a few off The Strip, I am almost ready to announce the winner of our rigorous resort cash extortion racket," The Gazillionaire added. "At Monday night's event, I will name the lucky prez who gets to host ABSINTHE for the next seven years."
