Over the weekend, Tony nominee Matthew Morrison took to Instagram to announce the joyful news that he and his wife, Renee, welcomed a new addition, baby boy Revel James Makai. The couple was married in October of 2014 and announced that they were expecting in May.

The FINDING NEVERLAND star shared a touching photo of his first fist bump with baby Revel, along with the caption: "To my Newborn Child, Revel James Makai Morrison: Your Mama and Papa got this!! Trust in us to guide and protect you always. To lay the tracks so your choo choo train will run smoothly throughout this world. You will have all the tools to soar! We love you, and are so thankful for your arrival! The adventures are just beginning... "

Morrison received a Tony nominee for THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA. The actor is perhaps best known for his role as Mr. Shue in the FOX musical dramedy GLEE. He originated the role of Link Larkin in Broadway's HAIRSPRAY. Other Broadway credits include THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW, FOOTLOOSE, SOUTH PACIFIC and most recently, FINDING NEVERLAND.
