LA Based Duo More Giraffes Announce Debut EP

Today, LA-based duo More Giraffes announce their debut It Was A Joke EPto be released on 11.09. The 5 song EP includes the singles "Not Cool"(directed by Colin West McDonald), "Basement" and "Dinosaur", which have received critical praise and are also featured on their forthcoming EP, slated for release on 11.09. The cover art is designed by Paul Fuentes.

More Giraffes talked to Billboard about "Not Cool" video: "The message is that it's ok to be not cool, and we've all been there at some point or another. The video was inspired by the lyrics of the song, basically following someone who is going through a tough breakup. Dinosaurs are a theme for us, the mark of an antihero, and so we used dinosaur onesies as a metaphor for being down in the dumps and wearing your depression on your sleeve in this video. The main character thinks she's alone but actually we're all dinosaurs."
