HCC Ybor City Theatre Department Presents TOO MUCH LIGHT MAKES THE BABY GO BLIND

Hillsborough Community College's Theatre Department presents Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind from Thursday, November 1st to Sunday, Nov 4th in the Ybor City Campus Studio Theatre.

Having opened in 1988 and still playing today as the longest-running show in Chicago history, Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind is an ensemble experiment in presenting "30 Plays in 60 Minutes." The plays tend to be a mixture of autobiography and performance art.

Chosen from a collection of 90 comic, tragic, political, personal, and abstract plays, our selection of 30 Neo-Futurist plays will reflect the lives and experiences of HCC Ybor City Theatre Department's ensemble.

Each two-minute play is performed in random order with an interactive audience. An onstage 60-minute timer keeps everyone honest.
