Creel, Arden, Pilkington et al. Join Shoshana Bean in West End Concert, 8/17

West End stars Dianne Pilkington (Glinda in "Wicked", "The 39 Steps"), Oliver Tompsett (Fiyero in "Wicked"), Daniel Boys (Princeton in "Avenue Q"), Michael Arden ("Aspect of Love") and Broadway's Gavin Creel ("Hair", "Mary Poppins") are to guest star with Broadway star Shoshana Bean live at the Ambassador's Theatre on Tuesday August 17.

Appearing for the first time in London, Broadway diva Shoshana Bean is to star in two exclusive West End concerts.

At her 8.00pm show, the guest stars will be: Oliver Tompsett and Daniel Boys. At her 11.00pm show, the guest stars will be Dianne Pilkington, Gavin Creel and Michael Arden.

Shoshana is best known for her roles in the Broadway smash hits Wicked and Hairspray and a stellar performance alongside Brian McKnight on the Soul Train Lady of Soul Awards, Shoshana Bean recently released her debut solo album Superhero on her own label, Shotime Records. In it's first week, Superhero reached number 5 on the itunes R&B charts, making it the only independent album in the top 100.

Shoshana first appeared on stage in New York City in an Off- Broadway revival of Godspell. She made her Broadway debut in the original cast of the Tony Award-winning production of Hairspray and went on to be the first replacement for the famed green-skinned witch Elphaba in Wicked.
Most recently, Shoshana headlined in the Las Vegas burlesque revue Peepshow, conceived and directed by Broadway legend Jerry Mitchell (The FullMonty, LegallyBlonde:TheMusical). She made her Los Angeles concert debut at the Ford Amphitheater in June 2008, and in November made her New York City concert debut to a sold out crowd at Rose Hall, Jazz at Lincoln Center.
