The Carnegie, located at 1028 Scott Boulevard in Covington, Kentucky, presents THE FULL MONTY weekends August 12 - 27, 2017.

Living in Buffalo, New York, a group of unemployed steelworkers devise a scheme to raise money. They choose a male striptease act. But, it is a work in progress, learning to dance, dealing with body issues and revealing the plan to their wives. They reveal their bare bottoms to make their plan a reality.

Based on the book (1997) by Terrence McNally and music and lyrics by David Yazbek, THE FULL MONTY had its world premiere at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego in 2000. The show received several nominations from the Tony's and the Drama Desk in 2001. Fox Searchlight Pictures released a film of the same name.

The Full Monty is filled with light-hearted humor and a roaring closing number. Carnegie Theatre Director Maggie Perrino said, "Not every show can have you roaring with laughter one minute and be tugging at your heart strings the next."

The cast includes Zachary Huffman as Jerry, Brian Anderson as Harold and Kelcey Steele as Malcolm. Production director is Matthew Wilson, choreographer is Jay Goodlett and music director is Xan Jeffery.

The Carnegie is Northern Kentucky's largest multidisciplinary arts venue providing theater events, educational programs and art exhibitions to the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati community.
