Author Shares Way to Heal Trauma Naturally Marianne Rolland PhD, LMSW marks her publishing debut with the release of "Rapid Transformation Therapy: A Guided Process for Healing Trauma and Awakening the Light Within" (published by Balboa Press in November 2016). This book introduces a drug-free way to heal trauma while restoring the body's natural capacity to heal itself.

Most individuals have experienced some form of trauma in their lives, Rolland stresses. This book is a clear and concise guide on how to treat trauma and restore inner peace and balance through Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT).

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) manifests in multiple symptoms that disrupt and complicate lives. The RTT process outlined in this book explains the evolution of RTT, how anyone can practice it and how suffering brought on by early childhood and other trauma can be alleviated.

The book differs from other "alternative" healing therapies as it brings closure and empowers the client to be the true driving and guiding force behind their own healing, as substantiated by real-life stories of powerful personal transformation.

Rolland aims to impart to readers an understanding that trauma and PTSD can be treated without creating dependencies on pharmaceuticals.
