Donmar Warehouse, which is currently presenting Philadephia, Here I Come through September 22, has announced its upcoming season. What's On Stage reports that the season will feature an all-female Julius Caesar, a Joe Wright-helmed Trelawny of the Wells and a London revival of Conor McPherson's The Weir.

Julius Caesar will run from November 29, 2012 to February 9, 2013. Phyllida Lloyd directs an all-female company in Shakespeare's raw and eternal study of power. This production marks Phyllida Lloyd's return to theatre, and to the Donmar stage, after her film The Iron Lady.

Trelawny of the Wells follows with a February 15, 2013 opening night, running through April 13. The show centers around Rose Trelawny, who is the brightest star in the firmament of the Wells, the theatre company that raised her from birth. But she's prepared to give it all up for the love of her stage-door suitor, aristocratic Arthur. His family are less convinced of her charms, however, and her joyful challenge to their dreary, snobby existence shocks them to their core.

The Weir, slated for April 18 to June 8, won the Evening Standard, Critics' Circle and Olivier Award for Best New Play in its 1997 premiere and established McPherson's place as one of our greatest living playwrights. Josie Rourke's production marks the first major London revival of this modern classic.

The Donmar Warehouse is a 250-seat subsidised (not for profit) theatre located in the heart of London's West End which under the artistic leadership of Sam Mendes, Michael Grandage and now Josie Rourke has a reputation as one of the UK's leading producing theatres. It has presented some of London's most memorable award-winning theatrical experiences, as well as garnered critical acclaim at home and abroad.
