Wolverhampton Grand Theatre announced today that Willy Russell's BLOOD BROTHERS will return in 2018. The show will go on sale with BEAUTIFUL - THE Carole King MUSICAL direct from the West End, the return of THE FIZZOGS - FREEZIN, Buddy Holly AND THE CRICKETERS, SOMEONE LIKE YOU - THE ADELE SONGBOOK and AN AFTERNOON WITH Christopher Biggins.

Join star guest Christopher Biggins in an afternoon talk about his career on the stage, presented by BBC Midlands Today's Nick Owen at 2pm on Friday 27 October 2017. Take your seat for this unique opportunity to get up close and personal with Biggins in the beautiful Grade II listed auditorium.

On Wednesday 15 November 2017, SOMEONE LIKE YOU - THE ADELE SONGBOOK features Katie Markham, hand-picked by Adele herself on Graham Norton's BBC Adele Special. The outstanding Katie Markham has the show-stopping voice and captivating charisma to deliver all your favourite Adele hits in an enthralling concert performance. The show faithfully recreates the magic of the three record-breaking albums 19, 21 and 25 - including Chasing Pavements, Make You Feel My Love, Set Fire To The Rain, Someone Like You, Hello, Rolling In The Deep and the multi-million seller Skyfall.

On Thursday 16 November 2017, The Fizzogs present FREEZIN. Lizzie Cotterill had a dream one night about an amazing story of a girl with a special Freezing power, when she awoke she told all the family members that she had another idea for a play. Unfortunately in true fashion things never go to plan with a Froggatt and Cotterill performance. Now don't tell Lizzie because she thinks this story is her own creation and as we all know from the title it's been done before, but maybe you've never seen a version quite like this one.

Buddy Holly AND THE CRICKETERS WITH THE ROCK AND ROLL ORCHESTRA has rock 'n' rolled audiences across the globe from Cardiff to California, Barking to Bangkok and Swindon to Sweden - it returns to Wolverhampton on Wednesday 7 March 2018. It's guaranteed to have everyone singing along to the music and dancing in the aisles.

From Monday 16 - Saturday 21 April 2018, written by Willy Russell, the legendary BLOOD BROTHERS tells the captivating and moving tale of twins who, separated at birth, grow up on opposite sides of the tracks, only to meet again with fateful consequences. Few musicals have received quite such acclaim as the multi-award winning BLOOD BROTHERS. Bill Kenwright's production surpassed 10,000 performances in London's West End, one of only three musicals ever to achieve that milestone. It has been affectionately christened the 'Standing Ovation Musical', as inevitably it "brings the audience cheering to its feet and roaring its approval" (The Daily Mail).

From Tuesday 12 - Saturday 16 June 2018, BEAUTIFUL - THE Carole King MUSICAL is based on the early life and career of legendary singer/songwriter Carole King. It tells the inspiring true story of King's remarkable rise to stardom, from being part of a hit songwriting team with her husband Gerry Goffin, to her relationship with fellow writers and best friends Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann, to becoming one of the most successful solo acts in popular music history. Along the way, she wrote the soundtrack to a generation, including one of the best-selling albums of all time, Tapestry, and countless classics such as (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman, Take Good Care of My Baby, You've Got a Friend, So Far Away, It Might as Well Rain Until September, Up on the Roof and The Locomotion. The show also includes the Cynthia Weil and Barry Mann hit songs You've Lost that Lovin Feeling, On Broadway and We Gotta Get out of This Place.
