Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States, who are 18 years of age or older as of December 7, 2012. Online entrants must have email access as of December 7, 2012. Employees of Broadwayworld.com and their respective dealers, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and other companies associated with this sweepstakes and the members of the immediate families, including household members are not eligible to participate. By participating, each participant agrees as follows: The Sponsor will conduct this multi-market Sweepstakes concurrently and simultaneously on websites licensed to or managed by the Sponsor and in various States. Sponsor: “Sponsor and its agents” shall mean Broadwayworld.com, 333 West 70th Street – Unit 1 New York, NY 10023, it’s advertising/promotional and/or fulfillment agencies and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. No submission to mailing list required. This sweepstakes begins on December 7, 2012 and ends on December 17, 2012 at 11:59PM, EST (the “Entry Period”). You can enter this sweepstakes by online entry. Enter by clicking here during the Entry Period. To enter, participants must enter email address into the entry form provided therein. Limit one entry per person, per email. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s plays and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. Conditions of Entry: You must be the registered subscriber of the e-mail account by which the entry is made prior to December 7, 2012. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Neither Sponsor nor it’s respective advertising and promotion agencies, nor any telephone network or service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any website or online service, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be determined by random drawing on or about December 17, 2012 from among all eligible entries received, and will be notified by email on December 18, 2010. Sponsor’s decision as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified by email on or about Friday, October 5, 2012. Failure to respond to the initial verification e-mail within one (1) day of notification or return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts will result in disqualification. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All prize winners must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Release of Liability and Publicity Form within ten (10) days following first written notification. Noncompliance within this time period, or the return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted. Telephone and Delivery Disclaimer: Participants are restricted to use of ordinary and typical computer equipment and Internet access. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue an entry due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Sponsor's control, or otherwise. The Sponsor disclaims any liability for received entries due to technical difficulties or transmission errors. The Sponsor disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Sponsor is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Publicity: By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Sponsor exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other Sweepstakes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Sponsor may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes. Release: By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Sponsor, its employees and agents, the Sweepstake’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents and the Prize Provider and its respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or from the use of any prize. In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Sponsor. Taxes: Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Sponsor, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes and paying any expenses associated with any prize(s), which are not specifically provided for in the official rules. Each winner must provide the Sponsor with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from the Sponsor will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Conduct and Decisions By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Sponsor will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and the Sponsor's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Sponsor, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Sponsor and are final. The Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A SWEEPSTAKES PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS Sweepstakes, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Sweepstakes IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Miscellaneous: Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Sponsor's release form to claim the prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. The Sponsor may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time as posted on the website. The Sponsor disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes. 10. Compliance with Law. The conduct of the Sweepstakes is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Station(s) shall follow the applicable laws for conducting Sweepstakes, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Sweepstakes, etc. as required by local and state law.
