LoveFit is the UK's first and foremost music, food and fitness festival. Taking place in the stunning grounds of St Clere Estate in Kent from the 28th to the 31st of July, it offers a unique mix of music from stars like Groove Armada, Jessica Skye and Danny Howard; big name brands such as Ministry of Sound's Ministry Does Fitness and world class fitness personalities, classes and instructors including Charlotte Holmes, Carly Rowena, Kim Hartwell and Callum Melly. Unfolding in a laid back, fun and informal setting acRoss One blissful weekend this is about non-pretentious, non-hippie dippy fitness, exciting and healthy food and drink and on point music and it all makes for a truly boutique weekend.

The aim of this festival is to get you loose in as many ways possible: of course, dancing deep in the lush forest wilderness will be one way, but other exciting temperature risers include hot yoga in a yurt, wild swimming in a natural lake, health workshops, competitions and tournaments, spinning classes in the trees and all sorts of blood pumping extras from box jumps to kettlebells, battle ropes to circuit training. When you consider all this is in a rolling green estate with natural walks, organic settings and blissful sunsets and camping under the stars, you'll begin to understand why it is so talked about.

Musically, Tom Findlay from Groove Armada will be on hand to serve up hits from his iconic back catalogue as well as plenty of other big beats, beachy grooves and singalong classics. He will be joined by Radio 1 star Danny Howard, who has his own nights everywhere from Ibiza to Mallorca and is very much the face of contemporary house music. Then you have Nike's yoga trainer, fitness junkie and stellar DJ Jessica Skye - founder of Fat Buddha Yoga - who loves to create the perfect ambiance for you and is no stranger to serving up big tunes at all manner of parties round the world. Last but not least is SG Lewis, a house producer from Liverpool who has been doing big things on labels like PMR and counts Disclosure and Pharell as a fan.

In order to keep you well fuelled and energised, there will be mouthwatering food and drink on offer. Chief amongst these are cocktails from Wonder Bars made using fresh fruit and berries in place of refined sugars plus skinny Prosecco, gin, tequilas, a gluten free beer and many other standard drinks offerings. As for the tasty edible treats, there is a wonderful selection from some of the leading foodies around.
