ZOE LYONS

Zoe took her first steps down the comedy path in 2003 after training as an actress at the Poor School in London. She went on to win the Funny Women competition in 2004 and her debut Edinburgh show was nominated for the If comedy newcomer award. In 2008 she won the Dave funniest joke of the fringe award.

THE POLITICAL PARTY WITH MATT FORDE AND SPECIAL GUESTS

Matt Forde (talkSPORT & BBC Radio 4) hosts a comedy night combining topical stand-up and a big interview with a political heavyweight.

An unashamed political fan, Matt had a career in politics before becoming a stand-up comedian, radio presenter and writer. As well as hosting his own show on talkSPORT he has appeared on The Now Show and The News Quiz. He also writes for 8 Out Of 10 Cats, Stand Up For The Week and Russell Howard's Good News.

Previous guests have included Nigel Farage, Lembit Opik, Jack Straw, CharLes Clarke and George Galloway.

Vin's cosy midweek nights in have gone right upmarket and become Vin's FRIDAY Night In at the St James.

It seems fitting that we start the weekend with a bang and have got the most incredible gaggle of up 'n' coming artists to entertain you while you sip on a cocktail and nibble at a jelly baby.

Of course we have the usual novelty nibbles, drawing competition and stylish prizes! So bob on your cheesecloth blouse, stick a flower in your hair and come to St. James for a lovely night in with Vin.
