From LA, 'Best Actor in a Leading Role' for portraying Frank Sinatra in West End's 'Rat Pack Confidential', and critically acclaimed singer, Richard Shelton presents 'SINATRA AND ME' on Monday 5th & Tuesday 6th June 2017 at Crazy Coqs, Live at Brasserie Zedel, London W1.

Straight from his sell-out shows in LA and the Edinburgh Festival, Richard Shelton looks behind the iconic blue eyes - whilst knocking you dead with - Sinatra's timeless repertoire!

In a story linking their incredible life-long synchronicity, Shelton (nominated 'Best Actor in a Leading Role', Rat Pack Confidential - Manchester Evening News Theatre Awards) - weaves Sinatra classics and fascinating narrative to tell the story; from being one of the last people alive inside Sinatra's Hollywood home as it was being demolished, to the day Sinatra's tuxedo literally walked into his life in Hollywood - how when appearing on TV's Alan Titchmarsh show, the suit was verified by fellow guest, Sir Roger Moore (James Bond himself!) and how his hands and feet fitted identically into Sinatra's imprints, cast 'From Here to Eternity' on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Shelton's own birthday - 20th July.

Through music and word, hear what really stoked Sinatra's passionate temperament; how his love affair with Ava Gardner drove him to suicide attempts and why 'My Way', a song he claimed to loathe, became an anthem to generations.

Plus music from Richard's album, 'An Englishman in Love in LA' recorded at Capitol Studios in LA alongside Sinatra's band mates using the iconic Sinatra microphone.

And witness an unmissable moment as Shelton really gets Sinatra 'Under My Skin' when he dons Ol' Blue Eyes very own tuxedo and sings 'My Way'.

"Fairy tales do come true, it can happen to you..." 'Young at Heart'-Frank Sinatra - and that's what this show is all about. Bearing a striking resemblance to Sinatra, hear how British-born Shelton's fascination with Sinatra as a young boy led him to eventually portray his idol on the London and international stages.

Aside from Shelton's physical similarities, it is impossible not to be astounded by the uncanny likeness of his voice to Sinatra's magical tones. His West End performance in the award winning drama, 'RAT PACK CONFIDENTIAL' earned him a 'Best Actor in a Leading Role' nomination and has seen him invited to perform live for Prince Charles and Sir Elton John.

Born in Wolverhampton, Richard embraces the challenge of life-altering change in pursuit of making dreams come true, including establishing a successful theatre, TV and music career before taking a leap of faith aged 50 to experience life in LA, where he currently lives.

Best known to UK TV audiences as the charmingly murderous Dr. Adam Forsythe in EMMERDALE, Richard has also appeared on 'EASTENDERS'. More recently he has been seen on American TV 'HOUSE OF LIES' and 'JANE THE VIRGIN'. On the big screen his credits include, 'MY WEEK WITH MARILYN', the Japanese cult movie 'JOKER GAME', 'I CAPTURE THE CASTLE' and 'SPACEMAN' starring Josh Duhamel.
