Finborough Theatre's Autumn 2013 Season is devoted to new writing with new plays from two multi-award-winning dramatists; the debut of a first time playwright - the winner of this year's Papatango New Writing Prize in partnership with the Finborough Theatre; the return of its FINBOROUGHFORUM series of events and discussions; and the fifth year of Vibrant 2013 - A Festival of Finborough Playwrights, our annual explosion of new writing. This season also sees two of Finborough's acclaimed rediscoveries with another rare play from J.B. Following the huge critical acclaim for our rediscovery - and New York transfer - of Cornelius, on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, from8-24 September 2013, we present another Finborough Theatre rediscovery from J.B. Priestley - the first UK production in over 60 years of his vision of a post nuclear holocaust Britain - Summer's Day Dream.

The season comes to a close with the winning play of the fifth Papatango New Writing Prize in partnership with the Finborough Theatre - Unscorched by first time playwright Luke Owen from 29 October-23 November 2013. Running alongside another rediscovery - the first London production in over 40 years of Michael Hastings' Lee Harvey Oswald, commemorating the 50th anniversary of the assassination of President Kennedy, on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays, 3-19 November 2013 with a special performance on the day and time of the assassination itself on 22 November.
