It's a jam packed month of popular music, laugh out loud comedy and fantastic theatre at The Epstein stage this March!

The Johnny Cash Roadshow comes to town tonight Friday 3rd March and is a show not to be missed by avid fans or the casual listener. The only show to be endorsed by the Cash family, this is the UK's number one celebration of Johnny Cash. Fronted by singer songwriter Clive John the performance will recreate with astounding accuracy and truly capture the essence of what it was like to be at a real Cash show!

The music continues with Twist & Shout as an all-star cast from the West End deliver a musical powerhouse of a show that starts with the explosion of Brit Pop in 1962 through to the era of flower power and free love of the late sixties.Featuring incredible performances and beautiful bespoke costumes, Twist & Shout will transport you from Saturday 4thMarch back to the sights and sounds of the Swinging Sixties. So get off your seat and dance down the aisles!

Laughter is guaranteed on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th March as Chris Ramsey brings his new show 'Is That Chris Ramsey?' to The Epstein Theatre. The stand up comedian promises to have you laughing in your seats with side splitting stories. One show is already sold out, so book tickets while you still can!

Friday 10th March sees the return of The Dreamboys who are back and hotter than ever with a brand-new show and UK tour for 2017. 'The Dreamboys' are without a shadow of a doubt the UK's top Male Strip Show, perfect for a girl's night out with all your friends. An action packed two hour show from start to finish, these boys will literally have you begging for more.

Get ready for a night of top class entertainment on Saturday 11th March as LHK Productions presents Tonight's The Night, the region's number one variety show. The spectacular night of live entertainment will see the finest up and coming artists from all across the region take to the stage performing show stopping numbers and confirming that the North West is bursting with the most talented kids in the UK.

Back by popular demand, West End Story is a high octane explosion of your best loved musicals and it returns to Liverpool on Sunday 12th March. Tread Productions will take you on a whirlwind journey through top West End shows such as; Les Miserables, Mamma Mia, Miss Saigon, Grease, Rock of Ages and many more!

Josie Long brings her show Something Better to The Epstein Theatre on Monday 13th March. At 34, Josie wanted to have kids by now, be in love and have a country that didn't vote far right parties to march us all off a cliff. Following the international sell out success of her previous show, Something Better tours nationwide and promises a show not to be missed!

Tuesday 14th March sees The Jerseys - Oh What A Nite! direct from Viva Blackpool with a celebration of the amazing music of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons. Join The Jerseys as we celebrate the music of the 100 million album selling Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, The Drifters, The Stylistics, Beach Boys and more - from Doo Wop and Soul, to Northern Soul and Motown.

The UK's premier comedy family drag variety show is back on Wednesday 15th March with a brand new fabulous show. Whatever your age, come along to Paul Carroll's Music Hall Tavern for a truly magnificent night of dazzling costumes, laughter and a cast of unique characters singing and dancing all night long. A feel good night that will not only entertain and amuse you, but leave you with unforgettable memories of the funniest night of the year.

The comedy continues on Thursday 16th March as Reginald D Hunter returns to the UK with his highly anticipated new show Some People V Reginald D. Hunter. During the 15 years in which he has lived in the UK, Reginald's honest material has garnered him a popular fan base that spans the generations. Described as "stand up comedy's coolest customer" this is hilarious show is set to sell out, so grab tickets while you still can.

Richard Herring, King of the Edinburgh Fringe, picks his favourite routines from his 12 one man shows and crams them into 90 minutes of comedy on Friday 17th March at The Epstein Theatre. Will your favourite routine make the cut? A great introduction to this influential cult comedian for the newcomer and a welcome 'greatest hits' for long term fans.

On Saturday 18th March, Elfin Bow brings pastoral psych-folk to The Epstein Theatre with the launch of her stunning debut album. Her music has been described as a fairy tale experience for grown-ups. A truly 21st Century folk artist she is a storyteller of the finest kind, with one foot rooted in tradition and the other venturing into the future. A musician, artist and teacher from Liverpool, this master of all trades should not be missed!

LHK Youth Theatre presents the international smash hit musical Hairspray on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th March. Tracy Turnblad is a big girl with big hair and an even bigger dream: to dance her way onto national TV, and into the heart of teen idol Link Larkin. Tracy's audition makes her a local star and soon she is using her new-found fame to fight for integration. But can she win equality - and Link's heart - without denting her 'do? Featuring the hit songs Welcome to The 60s, You Can't Stop The Beat, The Nicest Kids in Town and many more.

Tuesday 28th March sees the smash hit show At Last - The Etta James Story make its UK debut. Telling the story of soul legend Etta James' turbulent life and features some of her most beloved songs including Tell Mama, Something's Got A Hold On Me, Sugar On The Floor, the heart rending I'd Rather Go Blind, her iconic signature song At Last and more. Vika puts her heart and soul into this unforgettable show and is joined on stage by some of Australia's finest and funkiest musician.

The doorbell rings just as Sophie and her Mummy are sitting down to tea. Who could it possibly be? What they certainly don't expect to see at the door is a big stripy tiger! Following a smash-hit West End season, 'The Tiger Who Came To Tea' is back on the road in this delightful family show; packed with oodles of magic, sing-a-long songs and clumsy chaos! A stunning stage adaptation of the classic tale of teatime mayhem... Come down on Thursday 30th, Friday 31st March, Saturday April 1st and expect to be surprised!
