REDHEADED COFFEESHOP GIRL to Tour UK, Canada This Summer

Rebecca Perry Productions is pleased to announce that both its original hit show CONFESSIONS OF A REDHEADED COFFEESHOP GIRL ("Confessions") and its standalone follow-up show ADVENTURES OF A REDHEADED COFFESHOP GIRL ("Adventures") will be touring this summer and fall.

In CONFESSIONS, we were introduced to Joanie Little: feisty redhead and anthropology graduate. Stuck working as a barista but eager to use her vocational skills, Joanie turns her coffee shop upside down doing fieldwork on the "creatures" (customers) of her "Coffee Shop Jungle" as though she were Jane Goodall herself. This is for anyone who's ever had a job they couldn't stand.

After selling out its entire run at the 2015 Edinburgh Fringe, CONFESSIONS returns to the UK with performances in Brighton (May 11-22), Macclesfield (May 25), Rossendale (May 26), Hoghton (May 27) and Northwich (May 28). Then in October, it returns to Ontario with performances in Deep River (Oct 1), Sudbury (Oct 20-21) and Cobalt (Oct 22).

ADVENTURES takes Joanie out of the coffee shop and into the jungle, more specifically to The Jane Goodall Institute in Tanzania, to follow her anthropological dreams! A show that stands separately from Confessions, Adventures brings more caffeinated fun, but this time with chimps.

After selling out at the 2015 Toronto Fringe, ADVENTURES plays at the Rose Theatre in Brampton (July 14-16), then ventures to the Edinburgh Fringe at the Gilded Balloon (Aug 3-29).
