The 24th edition of Gypsy of the Year will feature a tribute to celebrated lyricist Freb Ebb featuring Tony Award winners David Hyde Pierce and Debra Monk, it was announced today.

TNT Music has announced the fourth edition of 'Are You Working On Something New?', set for Sunday and Monday, December 2nd and 3rd at 7.00pm at Don't Tell Mama.

SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark will unveil a 2013-2014 calendar featuring the talented, athletic men who bring the world's most recognizable super hero to life on Broadway each night with breath-taking aerial stunts and acrobatics. The 14-month calendar will make its debut during a segment featuring Reeve Carney ("Peter Parker") and the performers on ABC's "Good Morning America" tomorrow, Thursday, November 15 at 8:30 am EST.

BROADWAY SESSIONS is described as an evening of musical performances, games and open mic featuring a new Broadway guest each week. The show is created and hosted by Ben Cameron (Bway Wicked, Aida and Footloose) and features musical director Joshua Stephen Kartes on piano. This Thursday, November 25th, Broadway Sessions will feature performances by Anne Brummel, Danny McNie, Jennifer Paz and more.

Lisa Lambert is turning 50 and she's opening her trunk...of songs. On Monday, December 10 at 7pm, Lisa and her guests Jonathan Crombie, David Cromer, Cole Escola, Cady Huffman, Troy Britton Johnson, Beth Leavel, and Greg Morrison visit The Drowsy Chaperone, "Slings & Arrows," "Skippy's Rangers: The Show They Never Gave," and an assortment of her other delightful, sometimes misguided, musical comedy ventures. This concert will be part of the long-running Broadway at Birdland concert series, with all proceeds going to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS announced today that a portion of proceeds currently being raised by Broadway, Off-Broadway, and national touring companies during the six-week fall fundraising efforts will be donated to three relief agencies committed to immediately helping victims of Hurricane Sandy.

EVITA star Ricky Martin, whose antics during Broadway's 'Saturday Intermission Pics' ritual each weekend are followed religiously by fans, Tweeted something new this weekend: a picture of himself with no pants on. Called 'the season's most dazzling talent show,' Gypsy of the Year is easily the biggest party in town with appearances by dozens of Broadway and Off-Broadway's most popular shows and performers. According to BC/EFA's website, the 2012 competition will take place Monday, December 3 (4:30 pm) and Tuesday, December 4 (2 pm) at the New Amsterdam Theatre (214 West 42nd Street).

Ensemble Theatre presents "Heart & Music: A Celebration of Life and Loved Ones Lost" a benefit concert for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS in collaboration with Ensemble Theatre on Thursday, October 18th. Reception at 7pm, concert at 8pm.

NYC Haunt Holdings has announced that it will present a special evening of fright for gay men and women on Tuesday, October 16th (7 - 11PM) at KILLERS: A NIGHTMARE HAUNTED HOUSE - a horrifying, immersive haunted house experience about serial killers both real and fictional. The evening of sheer fright will take place at the much talked about "serial killer" themed haunted house. A portion of the evening's proceeds will go to Broadway Cares / Equity Fights Aids.
