The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Foundation has cancelled its production of TALLEY'S FOLLY in the Janet & Ray Scherr Forum Theatre originally scheduled for Saturday, March 16, 2013. The theatre hopes to reschedule the series again next season.

The 1979 play Talley's Folly by American playwright Lanford Wilson is the second in his cycle, The Talley Trilogy, between his plays Talley & Son and Fifth of July. Wilson received the 1980 Pulitzer Prize for Drama for the work. Set in an old boathouse near rural Lebanon, Missouri in 1944, Talley's Folly is a romantic comedy following the characters Matt Friedman and Sally Talley as they once and for all settle their feelings for each other.
