PEOPLE WILL SAY WE'RE IN LOVE performs for one night only, tonight, June 26th, at the Westlake Village Civic Center, 31200 Oak Crest Drive, Westlake Village.

The evening will be a blend of both companies. Buckles and Bows will lead off the event at 6:30PM with a 30 minute square dancing presentation. At 7:00PM, Cabrillo Music Theatre performs, with the cast of OKLAHOMA! singing some of Rodgers & Hammerstein's favorites. After a group singalong, the event will culminate with a combined performance finale by both groups. The result will be a delightful evening of music and dance, under the stars.

Says Bill Armstrong, President of Buckles and Bows, "What a privilege it is for Buckles and Bows to have the opportunity to perform with The Cabrillo Music Theatre. We are always looking for opportunities to display our incredibly fun and entertaining activity to other members of this great community and what could be better than the chance to show our skills right along with the talented performers from Cabrillo. It is always our hope that when folks see how much fun we're having, they will be encouraged to check out our next class starting in September at The Goebel Adult Community Center in Thousand Oaks." Adds Lewis Wilkenfeld, Cabrillo Music Theatre's Artistic Director, "Buckles and Bows and Cabrillo Music Theatre are perfectly matched. Like Cabrillo Music Theatre, Buckles and Bows is a non-profit organization, with a mission of providing entertainment to the community. It's an honor and a pleasure to 'grab partners' with Buckles and Bows!"

PEOPLE WILL SAY WE'RE IN LOVE will feature the stars of Cabrillo Music Theatre's upcoming OKLAHOMA, including Dan Callaway (Curly), Callandra Olivia (Laurey), Melanie Mockobey (Ado Annie), Dynell Leigh (Aunt Eller), David Gilchrist (Andrew Carnes) and ensemble members Isabella Mancuso and Kurt Kemper. As has become a TGIF tradition, the musical performance will be preceded by songs from the Kabrillo Kids, one of Cabrillo Music Theatre's resident performing groups.
