Friday Fest with Rebel Heart August 26

Join in for another spectacular Friday Fest on the Bay at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Friday, August 26,2016 from 5PM to 9PM. Bringing a contemporary blend of country music, Bradenton-based Rebel Heart will make their Friday Fest debut. The FREEoutdoor summertime concert series takes place on the Van Wezel lawn amidst the setting-sun and shimmering Sarasota bay.

Rebel Heart promises an evening full of high energy and feel-good entertainment for all ages. With an extensive song list of today's popular music mixed with classic songs from the last five decades of rock, country, pop and blues, these talented musicians are sure to get you on your feet!

Bring your blankets or lawn chairs, take in the music and the sunset, and enjoy food and beverage from local vendors; Friday Fest takes place "rain or shine." In the event of inclement weather, the festival will move indoors to the Grand Foyer or main stage of the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. Bringing in food and drink from outside the Fest is prohibited; coolers, beach umbrellas and tents are also prohibited.
