Professionals, amateurs, Shakespeare lovers and newbies alike are invited to brush up on their Shakespeare. Join the FSU/Asolo Conservatory's third-year class for a Shakespearean open mic night at JDubs Brewing Company & Tap Room (1215 Mango Ave., Sarasota, FL 34237).

On Monday, January 16, at 7:30 p.m. the bar will be open, the beer will be flowing, and the sonnets, soliloquies and scenes will fly! Come on out, have a pint, and enjoy some Shakespeare in the good old Elizabethan fashion.

JDubs is a family venue which allows people of all ages, but asks that people under 18 be accompanied by an adult. Free!

Donations will benefit the class of 2017's NYC Showcase. In addition, $1 from every drink purchased will be donated, courtesy of JDub's Brewing Company. For more information about the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor Training, visit www.asolorep.org.
