The plays of Jones, Hope and Wooten (Dearly Beloved, Christmas Belles and last season'sMama Won't Fly) have become Chapin Theatre Company audience favorites and The Hallelujah Girls won't disappoint. After the recent death of a friend, the feisty females of Eden Falls, GA, decide there is no time like the present to pursue unfulfilled dreams. So, they convert an abandoned church into a day spa where they spend their Fridays. However, they find it hard to do much dream chasing when the mundane details of their daily lives continue to get in the way. Things heat up when one of the women's sexy ex-boyfriends shows up, sparking a few rivalries-and laughs. In the end, you'll have a joyful, side-splitting comedy that will make you laugh out loud and shout, "Hallelujah!"
