Broadway and Disney veteran Douglas Ladnier will be reunited with other Disney Royalty as the stars of the Aladdin show, Jonah Ho'okano and Mark Gagliardi join the Christmas Wonderland cast from Disneyland where they starred as Jafar, Aladdin and Genie.

Douglas, the Entertainment Director and show creator for NMB Christmas Wonderland, appeared in the original Broadway production of Jekyll & Hyde, Disney's Aladdin(Jafar) and is currently nominated for Best Actor in a Musical in LA for his portrayal of Sweeney Todd. Jonah, a Hawaiian native, recently burst onto the LA theater scene with four smash hit shows in a row: Sideshow, Carrie, The Musical, Rent and of course, Aladdin. In addition to his stellar turn as the Genie in Aladdin, Mark is best known as the frequent drunk historian on Comedy Central's Emmy-winning Drunk History and is currently the voice of Batman on the new DC Superfriends.

In our circus tent, world-famous high wire walker, Jade Kindar-Martin, brings his unique brand of entertainment to North Myrtle Beach Christmas Wonderland from across the ocean. Currently appearing on the silver screen as the actual high wire walker in the Sony Pictures film The Walk, Jade has traveled all the way from his home in France with his family of young circus performers who will be displaying their talents up close and personal in a unique show created especially for NMB Wonderland - Cirque du Elfé - The Wrapping Factory. Jade's wife, Karine Kindar-Martin, is no stranger to being an elf - she frolicked with merriment as one of Santa's elves in the Warner Brother's picture, The Polar Express.

Both Jade and Karine are veterans of Cirque du Soleil and have performed all over the world from China to Dubai and nearly everywhere in between.Cirque du Elfé - imagine elfin mayhem - circus style - with a Christmas twist! The Kindar-Martin family will be joined by acrobat Ben Huey, who studied at the New England Center for Circus Arts and Malakai Lavatai, a two-time Fireknife world-champion.

Our puppets are being created by artist Jana Zeller at the Spybird Theater and her sister Shoshana Bass from the renown Sandglass Theater will be our puppet master.

The North Myrtle Beach "Christmas Wonderland" opens Thanksgiving night and runs most evenings from 5:30PM to 10:30PM through December 31st at the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex.
