The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra (SDSO) is bringing the magic of Broadway to Sioux Falls in February! In their upcoming concerts of The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Stephen Sondheim, and More!, they will host an array of music from hit Broadway productions, such as The Phantom of the Opera, LES MISERABLES, Cats, and many more. Joining the SDSO for these performances are current Broadway stars Marni Raab and John Cudia.

Marni Raab (New Jersey) recently ended her run on Broadway as Christine in The Phantom of the Opera, making her the 4th longest running Christine in the production's history since it opened in the Majestic Theatre on Broadway in January 1988. She has toured the world performing the role, and her other performance credits include Luisa in The Fantasticks and Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady.

John Cudia (North Carolina) is the first and only actor on Broadway to have performed both as The Phantom in The Phantom of the Opera and Jean Valjean in LES MISERABLES. He is only the 12th performer to play the Phantom in its twenty-five year run on Broadway, and Cudia earned the Joseph Jefferson Award for "Best Actor in a Musical" during his performances of LES MISERABLES in Chicago.

The South Dakota Symphony Orchestra will be performing The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Stephen Sondheim, and More! Saturday, February 7th at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, February 8th at 2:30 pm at the Washington Pavilion. Tickets can be purchased online at sdsymphony.org or by calling the Washington Pavilion box office at (605) 367-6000.
