TexARTS presents Robert Harling's 'Steel Magnolias' at the Kam & James Morris Theatre, October 16-25. The third production in TexARTS' 2015-16 professional series, 'Steel Magnolias' is a glimpse into the lives of six Southern women who are 'delicate as magnolias but as tough as steel.'

The Missoula Community Theatre dishes up a southern slice of life as familiar and comforting as sweet potato pie. Opening March 15, Steel Magnolias is the quintessential story of warmth, friendship and trust. Scroll down for a first look at the cast in action!

The Dramatists Guild Fund presented their Madge Evans and Sidney Kingsley Award to actress Linda Lavin and playwright Lynn Nottage this past Monday evening. The awards were presented by Dramatists Guild Fund Board Member Terrence McNally at an intimate salon with award-winning composer Charles Strouse. BroadwayWorld has a photo of the honorees below!

The 2013 Season is the year that Broadway and Hollywood meet at The Way Off Broadway Dinner Theatre. Cape May Stage, South Jersey's premier professional Equity theatre, begins performances of Robert Harling's Steel Magnolias tonight in anticipation of an opening tomorrow, August 4.
