Ben Forster will play the role of 'The Phantom' in The Phantom of the Opera from Monday 1 February 2016. Ben is probably best known for winning the ITV1 show, 'Superstar' - Andrew Lloyd Webber's TV talent search for 'Jesus' in "Jesus Christ Superstar". His other theatre credits include 'Magaldi' in "Evita" at the Dominion Theatre. Ben joins "The Phantom of the Opera" following his appearance as 'Buddy' in "Elf The Musical" also at the Dominion Theatre. (more...)

Company members from the West End production of Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'The Phantom of the Opera', have raised almost £12,000 for MacMillan Cancer Care by cycling more than 385km - in between shows - from central London all the way to the steps of the Paris Opera House (where the Phantom's story is set) in just 28 hours. The longest-running show in Broadway history, Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera, directed by Harold Prince and produced by Cameron Mackintosh and The Really Useful Company, Inc., will welcome Broadway and West End star Sierra Boggess to the New York cast this month for a limited engagement as leading lady Christine Daaé. Ms. Boggess, whose long history with the musical began when she originated the role in the revised Las Vegas production in 2006, has been specifically chosen by the creative team to join the cast in time for the production becoming the first Broadway show ever to celebrate 25 Years. Produced by Cameron Mackintosh/Really Useful Group, Inc. and directed by Harold Prince, the musical phenomenon is in its unprecedented 24th year in New York, playing at The Majestic Theatre (247 West 44th Street). National Tour star Trista Moldovan makes her Broadway debut when she assumes the leading role of Christine Daaé beginning Friday, December 9.
