Million Dollar Quartet Photos - Off-Broadway

Geva Theatre Center closes the 2016-2017 ESL Wilson Stage Season with Million Dollar Quartet with book by Floyd Mutrux and Colin Escott, based on an original concept by Floyd Mutrux and inspired by the music of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins. Million Dollar Quartet is directed by Hunter Foster and will be performed in the Elaine P. Wilson Stage from May 30 to June 25.

The international smash hit musical, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET is set on December 4, 1956, when an auspicious twist of fate brought Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins and Elvis Presley together. Sam Phillips, the 'Father of Rock 'n' Roll' who was responsible for launching the careers of each icon, brought the four legendary musicians together at the Sun Records studio in Memphis for the first and only time. The resulting evening became known as one of the greatest rock 'n' roll jam sessions in history.

Performers from the Las Vegas Strip and beyond came together on Sunday, Oct. 19 at The Sands Showroom at The Venetian Las Vegas for one special mission - to raise awareness and funds for the disorder known as Neurofibromatosis (NF) for the Fourth Annual NF Hope Concert. Spearheaded by JERSEY BOYS star, Jeff Leibow, the afternoon affair included performances by noteworthy entertainers, including Veronic, Clint Holmes, American Idol finalist Jasmine Trias, Ben Stone, Kristen Hertzenberg, stars of Jersey Boys, Cast of Million Dollar Quartet and the Cast of Rock of Ages.

Last night, February 19, 2013, MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET opened at Harrah's Las Vegas to an enthusiastic, full house in the Harrah's Showroom. Elvis is IN the building! After a recent performance of FREUD'S LAST SESSION, Elvis Presley (as played by Eddie Clendening in Million Dollar Quartet) stopped by for a session with Dr. Sigmund Freud (Martin Rayner) on the iconic couch in Freud's onstage office.

Off-Broadway's The New Group presents Burning, written by Thomas Bradshaw and directed by Scott Elliott, kicking off the company's 2011-12 Season. The production officially opens on Monday, November 14 at 7:00 PM. Burning plays a limited engagement through December 17 at The New Group @ Theatre Row (The Acorn Theatre, 410 West 42nd Street).

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust announces the national tour of MILLION DOLLAR QUARTET, the Tony Award®-winning new musical inspired by the true story of four rock 'n' roll icons will make its Pittsburgh premiere November 1-6, 2011, at the Benedum Center, as part of the PNC Broadway Across America-Pittsburgh series, presented by The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Pittsburgh Symphony and Broadway Across America.

Broadway's cuddliest cast kicked off a new year with the 14th edition of THE BROADWAY BEARS auction yesterday, Sunday, March 6, 2011 at B.B. King Blues Club & Grill, produced by and benefitting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Sure to out-do last year's collection, 43 one-of-a-kind, autographed BROADWAY BEARS - each dressed in original, handmade costumes representing some of the theater's most legendary performers and performances - will be put up for auction.

Let the bidding begin on the cuddly chorus line of one-of-a-kind teddy bears that make up this year's cast of THE BROADWAY BEARS XIV. Each bear is meticulously outfitted in original, costumes handmade by Broadway's leading designers.
